    Abstract: Computer based systems and methods for estimating a user state are disclosed. In some embodiments, the methods comprise inputting a first input at an intermittent interval and a second input at a frequent interval into a user state estimation model to estimate the user state. In some embodiments, the first inputs are enhanced by injecting a noise input to create a plurality of enhanced first inputs whereby the plurality of enhance first inputs correspond to the plurality of second inputs at the frequent interval. In some embodiments, the first input comprises a self-reported input and the second inputs comprise a physiological input, a performance input or a situational input. In some embodiments, a machine learning algorithm creates the state estimation model. In some embodiments, the state estimation model estimates a future user state. In some embodiments, a computer based system for estimating a user state is provided.

An embodiment may include receiving a plurality of communications sent during a collaborative session. The embodiment may also include grouping the plurality of received communications into one or more bursts. The embodiment may further include assigning one or more keywords or one or more entities to each burst. The embodiment may also include generating a summary for each burst using one or more natural language processing techniques based on the assigned one or more keywords or one or more entities. The embodiment may further include transmitting the generated summary to each user participating in the collaborative session.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of improving protein production in protein-producing cell cultures. The method comprises the steps of culturing protein-producing cells in a medium comprising essential nutrients, vitamins, salts and amino acids, modified by the addition of increased amounts of amino acids so that the osmolarity of the medium is hypertonic, i.e., above about 340 milliosmoles, preferably within the range of 340 to 450 milliosmoles and most preferably 360 milliosmoles. Cells grown in such media produce protein at levels on the order of four times the protein production in normal, isotonic media.
