  • Publication number: 20250144972
Abstract: Systems and methods of controlling temperature in a cabin of an electric vehicle that has an HVAC system powered by a battery system and an auxiliary heating system. Upon determining, by a system controller, that a setpoint temperature is less than or equal to a sensed cabin temperature while operating in an HVAC electric heat state, an auxiliary heat state, or a maximum heat state, automatically transitioning to an off state from the HVAC electric heat state, the auxiliary heat state, or the maximum heat state.

  • Publication number: 20250123014
Abstract: Methods and systems for an air conditioning unit is provided. The air conditioning unit includes a housing having a first compartment and a second compartment separated from the first compartment by a partition disposed in the housing, the housing including an air inlet and an air outlet. A refrigerant circuit includes a compressor disposed in the first compartment. An air flow path extends through the second compartment. The air flow path is arranged to route air flow from the air inlet to the air outlet, and a blower is disposed in the air flow path. A refrigerant leak detection system is configured to detect a refrigerant leak within the housing. An inducer is disposed in the housing. The inducer is configured to move air from the first compartment into the air flow path upon detection of the refrigerant leak by the refrigerant leak detection system.

Abstract: An air conditioning unit includes a housing, a partition disposed in the housing, a refrigerant circuit, a blower, an air valve, and a refrigerant leak detection system configured to detect a refrigerant leak within the air conditioning unit. The housing includes a first compartment and a second compartment, and the partition separates the first compartment and the second compartment. The refrigerant circuit disposed in the first compartment. The air valve extending through the partition or through the housing to the second compartment. The air valve configured to open in response to the refrigerant leak detection system detecting the refrigerant leak. A method of ventilating an air conditioning unit includes detecting, via a refrigerant leak detection system, for a refrigerant leak within the air conditioning unit, and in response to detecting the refrigerant leak, opening an air valve.

  • Patent number: 12240629
Abstract: Apparatus, computer-readable medium, and method for optimal delivery of one or more satellite effects via reverse time heat equation isomorphism including constructing a generalized formulation of the heat equation corresponding to a commander's intent for delivery of the one or more satellite effects, performing a separation of variables to decouple a plurality of variables into a plurality of corresponding separated equations, solving the plurality of separated equations to produce candidate solutions, applying boundary conditions to each candidate solution, filtering the candidate solutions to mitigate ill-posedness of solving the inverse of the heat equation, assessing formal differences between the candidate solutions and the inverse of the heat equation, and generating an optimized schedule of the one or more satellite effects based on the assessment of the formal differences of the candidate solutions.

  • Publication number: 20250025436
Abstract: A dietary supplement and methods for the manufacture and administration of the same are disclosed for the treatment and/or prevention of digestive disorders and immune-related disorders. The dietary supplement of the present invention is orally administrable, and may be compounded either in a solid form (including bars, wafers or pills), a paste form, a granular form, a powder form, or a liquid form. The ingredients of the dietary supplement of the present invention when combined provide a synergistic efficacy which greatly exceeds the sum of the efficacies of the individual ingredients, making the dietary supplement highly effective in the treatment and/or prevention of digestive disorders and immune-related disorders. The dietary supplement of the present invention is compounded so as to increase the impermeability of the gut lining as well as to balance the bacteria components of the microbiota, thereby minimized systemic inflammation, the cause of most chronic diseases.

  • Patent number: 11246305
Abstract: A tined mole trap apparatus for catching moles of all sizes and preventing escape includes a pair of jaws comprising an outer jaw and an inner jaw. Each of the pair of jaws have a U-shaped upper portion and a pair of curved outer arms extending from the upper portion. A pair of crossbars is coupled between the pair of outer arms proximal the upper portion. A plurality of tines is coupled to the pair of crossbars. A pivot rod is coupled through the upper portion of each of the pair of jaws such that the inner jaw pivotably moves within the outer jaw between a clamped position and a spread position. A spring engages the pair of crossbars to force the pair of jaws towards the clamped position. A trigger plate is coupled to the crossbar of the inner jaw.
