Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure allow user equipments (UEs) to independently determine and communicate their location within a designated coverage area. Each UE can be equipped with RF transmitters and a GPS module, allowing it to obtain signals from RF beacons deployed throughout the coverage area to determine its location. The UEs can transmit location data to a communications platform server (CPS) when a change in location is detected. User profiles associated with each UE can define geographical boundaries, including compliance zones and non-compliance zones. The CPS can identify non-compliance events based on the location data by determining if the UE is outside a compliance zone or within a non-compliance zone, and issue notifications accordingly.

Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and compositions for administering vaporized caryophyllene compositions to a human subject in need thereof. The caryophyllene compositions can be administered via a handheld electronic device that vaporizes pure, essentially pure, or substantially pure caryophyllene (beta caryophyllene and/or alpha caryophyllene) in small doses for inhalation by a user. Some compositions do not include or contain additional constituents, carriers, or additives, and demonstrate beneficial physiological effects that are not seen when alpha caryophyllene or beta caryophyllene is administered orally or by injection.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for preparing a financial plan for a military member eligible to receive military benefits. The systems and methods dynamically and automatically access military parameters stored in one or more data records corresponding to the military member. The military parameters, which are indicative of the one or more military benefits received by the military member, are used to develop a customized financial plan, thereby resulting in increased accuracy and consistency to provide an improved experience for the military member.
