  • Patent number: 9754401
Abstract: The disclosed method comprises selecting a marketing target to visualize an impression related to a given brand logo, collecting, via a processor and a network interface, a number of relevant discrete visual or text based pieces of information related to the marketing target, visually displaying the pieces of information to the marketing target in an assorted state via an electronic display device, and automatically morphing the pieces of information from the assorted state into a collected state taking a shape of the given brand logo. Computerized systems with processors, network interfaces, and storage devices are also disclosed to facilitate the visual display methods coded in software.

  • Patent number: 9607201
Abstract: Systems and methods for non-permanently customizing scanning device operations for an operator are provided. In embodiments, an operator of a scanning device may scan a data carrier in order to automatically implement one or more customized configuration settings that are preferred by the operator. The scanning device implements the customized configuration settings using instructions and information within the data carrier. The customized configuration settings are held in the volatile memory of the scanning device so that, in response to some operations or indications, the customized configuration settings may be automatically changed back to default configuration settings held in nonvolatile memory of the scanning device. Additional embodiments are directed to a distributed environment that uses a centralized server to retrieve and communicate customized configuration settings and the operator's work shift to the scanning device for implementation thereon, for the duration of the work shift.

  • Patent number: 7458366
Abstract: A fugitive hydrocarbon treatment module and system for controlling the emission of hydrocarbons from the air intake system of an engine includes a zeolite adsorber unit positioned in the air intake system such that all gases flowing to and from the engine through the air intake system pass through the adsorber, so as to allow hydrocarbons borne by the gases to be adsorbed upon the substrate of the adsorber unit when the engine is shut down and desorbed from the adsorber unit when the engine is in operation.
