  • Publication number: 20240081426
Abstract: A cartridge for an aerosol provision system can include the cartridge and a control unit, and the system can include a vaporizer for vaporizing An aerosolizable material. The cartridge can include an air channel extending from an air inlet for the cartridge to an outlet via an aerosol generation region, and a reservoir for containing aerosolizable material for aerosolizing. The cartridge can further include an aerosolizable material level observation means for allowing a user to observe a level of aerosolizable material inside the reservoir. The aerosolizable-material-level observation means can include at least one contoured surface located on a surface of the cartridge to improve the visibility of the aerosolizable material level inside the reservoir due to the interaction of light with the contoured surface.

  • Patent number: 11925690
Abstract: The invention provides for bifunctional molecules comprising an Rpn11 binding partner and a target protein binding partner. A bifunctional molecule according to the invention binds to Rpn11 and to the target protein, thereby facilitating degradation of the target protein bound to the target protein binding partner. The invention also provides for use of a bifunctional molecule for preventing or treating disease.

  • Patent number: 11922668
Abstract: A set of user interface tools is described facilitating asynchronous adjudication of one or more regions-of-interest in a medical image by a group of two or more graders, each of which has access to the set of tools in a workstation environment. The set of tools include (1) a feature for enabling the graders to assess the medical image and manually delineate one or more specific regions-of-interest (ROI) in the medical image, (2) a feature for assessing the ROI(s) delineated by other graders, including display of the ROI delineated by other graders; (3) dialog features for explaining and discussing the assessments, including a text feature for discussing the assessments. The dialog features and the ROIs delineated by all the graders are visible to all the graders on the workstation display as they collectively adjudicate the medical image in a round-robin manner. The set of tools further include (4) a feature for manually verifying grader agreement with the other graders' assessments.

  • Patent number: 11849660
Abstract: A tillage implement has a frame with a center section and first and second outer wing sections hingedly attached the center section such that the wing sections can be operably raised and lowered between a field-working position and a transport position. The sections each carry tillage tools for working the soil. Controlling a precharge in a secondary side of a hydraulic circuit enables the operator of the implement to adjust the downward pressure precharge provided by a plurality of hydraulic cylinders based on a desired stiffness of the implement. A pressure-reducing valve is configured such that flow from the hydraulic supply applies downward pressure precharge on the plurality of tillage tools. Once this desired precharge has been achieved, flow from the hydraulic supply is shut off and a check valve holds the pressure such that the plurality of hydraulic cylinders holds the tillage tools in position.

  • Publication number: 20230270041
Abstract: An implement for working an agricultural field includes a frame and a plurality of row units carried by the frame. Each row unit includes a subframe trailing the frame and connected to the frame by an upper link and a lower link, at least two different ground-engaging tools carried by the subframe, and at least one pneumatic actuator configured to change a length of the upper link or the lower link to keep the ground-engaging tools in contact with ground. A method includes pulling the implement through the agricultural field, maintaining a selected pressure in the pneumatic actuator, and maintaining the ground-engaging tools in contact with the agricultural field.

  • Patent number: 11575516
Abstract: A mobile voting system and method are provided. The mobile voting system may include a mobile messaging aggregator configured to receive voter verification requests from one or more mobile carriers, and a mobile voter verification server configured to verify a voter's identity in response to a voter verification request and generate a link to a mobile ballot once the voter's identity has been verified. The mobile messaging aggregator may cause the link to the mobile ballot to be transmitted to a mobile device of the voter, which when selected by the voter, allows the voter to cast a vote.

  • Patent number: 11464153
Abstract: A tillage implement has a frame with a center section and first and second outer wing sections hingedly attached to respective outer ends of the center section. Controlling a pressure in a secondary side of a hydraulic circuit enables adjustment of the downward pressure precharge provided by hydraulic cylinders based on a desired stiffness of the implement. Flow from a hydraulic supply through a pressure-reducing valve puts the downward pressure precharge on gauge wheels. Once this desired downward pressure precharge has been achieved, flow from the hydraulic supply is shut off and a check valve holds the pressure such that the hydraulic cylinders hold the gauge wheels in the desired position.
