    Abstract: A system and method for encouraging or promoting proper and/or informed use of group retirement plans is disclosed. In one aspect, the present invention is used to identify the need for changes in plan use or administration and provide appropriate solutions for encouraging or promoting the changes. An assessment tool is used to collect information regarding characteristics associated with group retirement plan. Based on this assessment, areas in need of change are identified, and areas in need of change and appropriate solutions are prioritized.
