  • Publication number: 20240144188
Abstract: A system is configured to track and provide objective behavioral data of employees based upon an employee's engagement with communications, resources, tools, and other content distributed via an organization's information systems and software. This behavioral data may be combined into an employee profile that includes employee demographic and employment information and may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence or expert function to provide a quantitative metric that describes the likelihood that the employee will depart an organization during an upcoming time period. A dashboard is provided that summarizes and visualizes quantitative metrics and other employee information and provides tools for creating a retention plan for particular employees. When selecting actions for a retention plan, an employee profile is updated to reflect the action and re-analyzed to provide a quantitative metric describing the net effect of the action on employee retention.

  • Publication number: 20110204553
Abstract: A part hanger is provided that engages a part being treated in a manner that orients the part so that treatment liquid tends to drain from the part. To this end, a part hanger is provided that is configured to suspend a part for treatment with a liquid. The part hanger includes one or more elongate members formed into a substantially U-shape having first and second side legs connected by a bottom leg. The first leg is configured to support a portion of the part from below at a first leg distal end. A hanger extension is connected at one end to a second leg distal end. The hanger extension is disposed substantially parallel to the bottom leg and terminates at a hanger extension distal end in a mounting feature. The hanger extension terminates prior to contacting the first leg distal end such that the first leg distal end and the mounting feature define a part clearance gap through which at least a portion of the part may extend into the U-shape.

  • Publication number: 20060222187
Abstract: A system and associated methods for processing three-dimensional audio information for surround or stereo applications include a microphone assembly having three substantially coincident microphone elements. The microphone elements include one bidirectional-pattern microphone and two unidirectional microphones. The unidirectional-pattern microphones may generally face front and rear directions and align substantially with a null plane of the bidirectional element. As such, the output signals of the three microphones may be processed by a decoder into multiple channels, including, for example: left (L), center (C), right (R), surround left (SL), surround center (SC), surround right (SR), and height (H). Accordingly, the system may be used, for example, to capture sounds in three dimensions using a compact, small form-factor, single integrated microphone.
