Abstract: An intravascular catheter for peri-vascular and/or peri-urethral tissue ablation includes multiple needles advanced through supported guide tubes which expand around a central axis to engage the interior surface of the wall of the renal artery or other vessel of a human body allowing the injection an ablative fluid for ablating tissue, and/or nerve fibers in the outer layer or deep to the outer layer of the vessel, or in prostatic tissue. The system may also include a means to limit and/or adjust the depth of penetration of the ablative fluid into and beyond the tissue of the vessel wall. The catheter may also include structures which provide radial and/or lateral support to the guide tubes so that the guide tubes expand uniformly and maintain their position against the interior surface of the vessel wall as the sharpened injection needles are advanced to penetrate into the vessel wall.

  • Publication number: 20250021733
Abstract: Methods, systems and media for simulating or analyzing voltage drops in a power distribution network can use an incremental approach to define a portion of a design around a victim to capture a sufficient collection of aggressors that cause appreciable voltage drop on the victim, and then an incremental simulation of just the portion can be performed rather than computing simulated voltage drops across the entire design. This approach can be both computationally efficient and can limit the size of the data used in simulating dynamic voltage drops in the power distribution network. Multiple different portions can be simulated separately in separate processing cores or elements. In one embodiment, a system can provide options of user selected constraints for the simulation to provide better accuracy or use less memory. Better accuracy will normally use a larger set of aggressors for each victim at the expense of using more memory.

  • Patent number: 12195880
Abstract: Provided herein are methods that enable parallel evaluation of multiple functional nucleic acids in individual cells or subpopulations of cells, in the context of incubation with other types of single cells. The key insight is concurrent measurement of polynucleic acids derived from small populations of at least two different cell types, such that function in one cell type is linked to the clonal identity of another cell. These methods simultaneously process thousands, millions, or more single cells or small populations of cells. The method integrates molecular, algorithmic, and engineering approaches. This invention has broad and useful application in a number of biological and medical fields, including immunology and drug discovery.

  • Patent number: 12188230
Abstract: A wood or engineered wood structural panel, such as, but not limited to, OSB (“oriented strand board”) or plywood, that is both fire-resistant and water resistant. The panel is factory-coated with a product that provides fire resistance. The treatment gives it a Fire-Resistant (FR) performance (for use in a one- or two-hour rated assembly). The panel also is overlaid or coated in a factory setting with a weather/water resistive barrier (WRB). The structural panel thus combines a fire-resistant structural sheathing and WRB product in one integrated panel produced at a factory prior for installation at a job site.

Abstract: A semiconductor device including four transistors. Gates of first and third transistors extend longitudinally as part of a first linear strip. Gates of second and fourth transistors extend longitudinally as part of a second linear strip parallel to and spaced apart from first linear strip. Aligned first and second gate cut isolations separate gates of first and second transistor from gates of third transistor and fourth transistor respectively. First and second CB layers connect to the gate of first transistor and second transistor respectively. CA layer extends longitudinally between first end and second end of CA layer connects to CB layers. CB layers are electrically connected to gates of first transistor adjacent first end of CA layer and second transistor adjacent second end of CA layer respectively.
