    Abstract: A golf swing training method includes the steps of exercising a golf club swing, and correcting the swing based on the events of the golfer's back leg and forward foot contacting a leg restraint and foot restraint, respectively. The leg restraints may be assembled into an elongated tube which is used to regulate the golfer's stance. A golf ball may be placed on the turf between two elongated tubes defining an intended path of the golf ball, and the tubes may be assembled into an integrated unit for storage.
