Abstract: The invention relates to methods of (i) treating a subject for a disease, (ii) amelioration of decline of forced vital capacity in a subject in need thereof, (iii) modulating ?V?6 integrin, ?V?1 integrin, or both ?V?6 integrin and ?V?1 integrin in a subject in need thereof, (iv) increasing the expression of one or more genes in a subject in need thereof, (v) decreasing the expression of one or more genes in a subject in need thereof, and (vi) modulating the activity of at least one gene affecting fibrotic activity in a subject in need thereof, comprising administration of compounds of Formula (A), Formula (I), Formula (II), or (S)-4-((2-methoxyethyl)(4-(5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,8-naphthyridin-2-yl)butyl)amino)-2-(quinazolin-4-ylamino)butanoic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as described herein; and administering to the subject at least a second drug selected from pirfenidone and nintedanib, or a salt thereof.

Abstract: A putter head for a golf putter is provided. The putter head comprises a body and insert. The body comprises a base; a face portion having a ball-facing surface with a non-zero first loft angle A; a window framed by the ball-facing surface and extending through the face portion; and an open-topped dock extending into the base rearwardly from the window. The insert is removably affixable to the body. The insert comprises: an insert body having a ball strike face with a second loft angle in the range of: 0 to A; and a foot extending rearwardly from the insert body. The foot is dimensioned to be inserted through the window and seated in the open-topped dock. The insert body is dimensioned to be received by and seated within the window.

The projecting ring portion cooperates with the body to define therebetween a space so as to accommodate the object. The body includes an end-engaging portion spaced from the connection location. The ring end is engageable with the end-engaging portion of the body to secure the object on the projecting ring portion.
