Abstract: Systems and methods for automated conference call initiation are provided. In an embodiment, a system for providing automated conference call initiation includes at least one meeting server, at least one calendar server and at least one profile server. A conference call initiator then uses data on the calendar server, the profile server and the meeting server to automatically initiate a conference call. In another embodiment, a method for providing automated conference call initiation involves analyzing the data on a meeting server to determine meeting conditions of two or more users, and initiating a conference call between two or more users based on the meeting conditions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to transferring files between browsers and other browsers or peer-to-peer (P2P) clients. In an embodiment, a system for transferring files includes a first browser and a second browser. The system may have a first client coupled to the first browser and a second client coupled to the second browser. The system may have a relay server coupled to the first and second clients configured to receive data from the first client, send the data to the second client, and send an acknowledgement to the first client upon completion.

In an embodiment, a first IM server that manages instant messaging of a first IM client receives a chat message having a media address from a second IM client whose instant messaging is managed by a second IM server. A first media recognizer associated with the first IM server recognizes the media address in the chat message. In response to the recognition, the first IM server provides the chat message and a media instruction to the first IM client. In another embodiment, the first IM server obtains media associated with the recognized media address and provides the chat message and the obtained media to the first IM client. In a further embodiment, a system for viewing media content based on presence information in instant messaging is provided.

Abstract: A method of dry etching a layer on a semiconductor silicon substrate wafer within a reactor comprises:positioning a wafer within the reactor;injecting gases to within the reactor to provide a gas mixture at a preselected pressure, the gas mixture comprising at least two noble gases of different molecular weights which are present within the reactor at a preselected ratio relative to one another, one of the noble gases being defined as the lighter noble gas, another being defined as the heavier noble gas; andapplying a preselected amount of electrical power to the reactor with the wafer therein for a preselected amount of time to selectively obtain a desired etch of the layer.
