  • Publication number: 20230257690
Abstract: A cell culture system for culturing cells is provided. The cell culture system including a cell culture vessel with a cell culture chamber for culturing cells, an inlet through which liquid can flow for filling the cell culture vessel, and an outlet through which fluid can exit the cell culture vessel. The system also includes at least one fill sensor arranged to detect liquid within the cell culture vessel reaching a fill level at a predetermined position of the cell culture vessel during filling of the cell culture vessel, where the at least one fill sensor can generate a detection signal when liquid within the cell culture vessel reaches the fill level. Also included is an actuator to change an orientation of the cell culture vessel in response to the detection signal.

  • Publication number: 20150152373
Abstract: A method of bonding a polymer film to a mating part, including: placing a mating part in a nest; contacting the polymer film and the mating part; heating a die including a thermally conductive silicone to a temperature at or above a glass transition temperature of the polymer film, the mating part, or both; actuating the die onto the polymer film, wherein the thermally conductive silicone contacts the polymer film and bonds the polymer film to the mating part to form a bonded article; and actuating the die away from the polymer film.

  • Publication number: 20090152816
Abstract: It is for entertainment. This game is designed for family outings or backyard fun. Team members compete by casting a plastic casting plug at a 5-gallon pail for points. If the plug lands in the pail it scores 3 points, the closest cast to the perimeter of the pail scores 1 point. A score inside the pail cancels all of the opponent's points around the pails perimeter. The game is played to 15 or 21 points.
