Abstract: In certain embodiments, latency measurement related to touch screen response may be facilitated. In some embodiments, a robotic member may be moved to perform a physical contact with a touch screen of a device. Frame change rates of the touch screen may be monitored. A response end time of a response depicted on the touch screen may be determined based on the monitored frame change rates of the touch screen, where the touch-screen-depicted response is a response to. A latency of the touch screen response to the first contact may be determined based on a contact time of the physical contact and the response end time.

  • Patent number: 10834555
Abstract: In certain embodiments, carrier-specific configuration of a user device may be facilitated based on pre-stored information for multiple carriers. In some embodiments, a user device may store information for limited access (that allows the user device to obtain carrier-specific parameters from carrier networks). During activation, the user device may select one of the carrier networks on which the user device is to be configured to operate. Responsive to the selection, the user device may provide, to a carrier-side computer system on the selected carrier network, a request for limited access to the selected carrier network for configuring the user device, wherein the request comprises the stored access information that allows the user device to obtain carrier-specific parameters via the selected carrier network. Responsive to the limited access being granted, the user device may obtain a configuration package from the carrier-side computer system comprising parameters for configuring the user device.

  • Patent number: 10816996
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided herein for mitigating contentions between mobile drive units (MDUs) within a workspace. Contentions between planned traversal paths of a set of MDUs may be identified by a contention management module. A schedule for interleaving execution of the planned traversal paths may be determined. The contention management module may submit space allocation requests to a facility management module on behalf of one or more MDUs in accordance with the schedule. The facility management module may decide to grant or deny usage of space within the workspace based on the space allocation requests. The decision may be communicated to the MDU (e.g., via the contention management module), and the MDU may act accordingly. In this manner, the contention management module may affect the timing of execution of steps within the planned traversal paths to reduce wait times of the MDUs and improve the throughput of the system.

  • Patent number: 10795744
Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying failed customer experience in distributed computer systems. An example method comprises: receiving, by an application performance management (APM) server associated with a distributed computer system, an application layer message associated with a request originated by a client computer system responsive to an action by a user; identifying a failed customer experience error by analyzing the application layer message; and causing a first graph to be rendered by a graphical user interface in a visual association with a second graph representing a number of user login events grouped by a pre-defined period of time, wherein the first graph represents a number of identified failed customer experience errors grouped by the pre-defined period of time.

  • Patent number: 10771392
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method include a rate-limiting server. The server receives a request from a client and uses an early stage process to search for a rate-limiting token bucket (TB) using metadata associated with the request. Responsive to finding the TB using the first metadata, a response operation is performed. Responsive to not finding the TB using the first metadata, a late stage process is used to search for the rate-limiting TB using server-side session data associated with the request. Responsive to not finding the TB using the session data, the TB is created and associated with at least two search indexes comprising the first metadata associated with the request and the session data. Finally, the response operation is performed that comprises transmitting a determined response to the client.

  • Patent number: 10761913
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, apparatus, article of manufacture, method, and/or computer program product embodiments for real-time asynchronous multitenant gateway security with respect to one or more client devices. An embodiment operates by receiving an event and determining that event content information includes at least a portion of service transaction information and the at least portion of the service transaction information is registered. The embodiment may further operate by determining that the event is a security event based on event type information. The embodiment may then determine whether at least a portion of an external content response has been transmitted to the client device and that a validated connection associated with the service transaction information has not yet been disconnected. Based on those determinations, the embodiment may then interrupt the reverse proxy component to invalidate the external content response and disconnect the validated connection.

  • Patent number: 10691514
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, apparatus, article of manufacture, method, and/or computer program product embodiments for creating and managing a software application. In an embodiment, an application template may first be identified. Application creation configuration information for a new software application may then be determined based on the identified application template. Application source code information may be generated based on the application creation configuration information and stored in a provisioned application source code data store. A build of the application source code information may then be initiated to generate the software application. An application infrastructure configured to host the software application may be provisioned in an infrastructure services provider system, and the software application may be automatically deployed to the provisioned application infrastructure including appropriate security concerns.
