  • Patent number: 11547205
Abstract: A collapsible measuring and cutting craft table enables cutting, measuring, and stowing fabric and craft materials from a foldable, height-adjustable, and mobile work surface. The craft table comprises a large, flat work surface having a center panel and two hingedly attached drop leaf panels that fold down for storage. Center support members support the center panel in a horizontal position at the desired working height. Two center support members supports the center panel of the work surface. The outer support members pivot outwardly to a support position to support the drop leaf panels. The outer support members pivot inwardly to a collapsed position to fold the drop leaf panels down perpendicularly relative to the center panel. The center support members telescopically adjust in length to height adjust the work surface. The support members terminates at wheels for mobility. Meshed baskets slide along rails that run between the center support members.

  • Patent number: 11253065
Abstract: A padded bench assembly with height adjustable easel and ridged surface provides an elongated frame. The frame supports a canvas at a desired height and slope. The frame also supports an artist, and includes a cushioned seat for the artist to sit on while working on the canvas. The artist bench provides an elongated frame at least 29? long for an artist to sit. The frame has a cushioned seat for artist comfort while sitting and working on canvas. The bench assembly allows for selective positioning of the canvas, at adjustable angles, through height adjustment of a canvas support bar, and selective setting of the edge of the canvas in one of multiple ridges in a ridged canvas support panel. The artist sit at a desired distance from the canvas, and position the canvas at an angle for working on the canvas, while minimizing slippage by the canvas.

  • Patent number: 10500972
Abstract: In a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system, phase currents can be used to calculate a current that produces no shaft torque and only motor losses and a current that only produces shaft torque. These currents can be controlled to be resupplied into the motor drive system to a desired amount on a continuous basis to maintain a DC energy storage device voltage at a desired safe level. The calculated currents are resupplied to the motor drive system such that voltage levels within the DC energy storage device that approach a voltage maximum limit are transferred to the motor in the form of current that is dissipated by the motor without losing efficiency and control of driving a load with the motor.

  • Publication number: 20190233998
Abstract: A height adjustable sewing machine support and storage system operates with a sewing machine, as a height adjustable working surface with storage capacity. The system comprises a supportive frame, upon which rests a work surface. A sewing machine is mounted or positioned on a height adjustable platform, which is selectively adjustable in height relative to the work surface. The height adjustable platform locks into a fixed height, coplanar or below the work surface, through selective engagement with ridged brackets. A hinged side platform hingedly articulates about the left or right edge of the work surface through a drop leaf configuration. A support bracket locks the hinged side platform into a coplanar arrangement with the work surface. A lower storage bin positions below the proximal edge of the work surface, and a plurality of shelves position below, and directly to the right or left of the work surface for storage.

  • Publication number: 20190202230
Abstract: An art supplies organization assembly organizes artist supplies, measuring instruments, and communication devices while detachably attached to an edge of a working surface. The assembly provides an elongated metal tray defined by at least one circular depression for receiving a cylindrical container, and at least one rectangular depression for receiving a foam organizer. The metal tray also comprises a longitudinal groove that couples to an edge of a working surface. The foam organizer has a top planar surface and a bottom planar surface. The top planar surface forms square-shaped or circular-shaped cavities for receiving an artist instrument. The top planar surface also forms a rectangular cavity to receive a communication device. The foam organizer fits into the rectangular cavity in a friction fit relationship for easy detachability and independent use from metal tray. The cylindrical container fits into cylindrical cavity for easy detachability and independent use from the metal tray.

  • Publication number: 20180289148
Abstract: A slope adjustable illuminated art and drafting table for drawing, writing, or impromptu sketching on large documents enables efficient access and storage of artistic or drafting supplies. The art and drafting table provides a base supported by a pair of arced legs. A work surface overlays the base. The work surface is illuminated and pivotally adjustable to slope between 0° and 35°. A hinged angle adjustment bracket fastens the work surface at the desired slope. The drafting table provides modular lower drawers that are interchangeable between left and right sides of the drafting table; an extendable shelf having a longitudinal lip for retaining marking instruments; and a pair of elongated partitioned lateral trays at the lateral edges of the work surface. The partitioned lateral trays are detachable and have depressions for holding artist instruments, paints, writing instruments, and other materials used by artist and draftsmen.

  • Patent number: 8687239
Abstract: A relevance based print integrity method includes comparing current raster image data that define a document to be printed with golden raster image data that define a previous version of said document with a known (perfect) quality. A plurality of differences between said current raster image data and said golden raster image data are calculated, and each of the differences is processed to determine a relevance value of the difference and to assign the relevance value to the difference. The method includes generating and storing a list of the differences, wherein the list is ordered in terms of the relevance value assigned to each difference. The difference list is presented to a user textually or graphically and/or is used to control or interrupt printing operations.

  • Patent number: 8552672
Abstract: A motor drive for driving two-phase motors using a three-phase bridge output stage, and a method of operating the drive. The driven two-phase motor can be a two-phase bipolar motor (such as a hybrid stepping motor). The drive can also be configured so that a single output stage can be used to drive either two-phase or three-phase motors, with or without a feedback sensor. A reference return is provided from one of the three half-bridge output stages with each of the motor phase windings connected between the reference return and one of the other half-bridge outputs. The switches of each half-bridge are modulated so that current can be controlled in each of the two motor phase windings.

  • Patent number: 8233185
Abstract: What is provided are a system and method for print/copy job environments utilizing a page description language (PDL). In one embodiment, an input PDL stream describing embedded objects in a job is received and parsed. Reusable document components (RDCs) are identified. A determination is made as to how many placements are in the PDL for each identified RDC. If no RDCs are placed more than once, caching is disabled. If it is not efficient to split the PDL stream into smaller tasks, page parallel rip (PPR) is disabled. The embedded objects are analyzed to determine a number of PPRs for the job based on system resources. A raster image processing (RIP) time is projected for each path in the job based on the determined number of placements and the determined number of PPRs. A job processing path is prescribed for the job based on the most efficient projected RIP time.
