  • Publication number: 20230335979
Abstract: A quick-connect mounting device for mounting a fixture to a junction box is provided. A first junction box mounting plate includes junction box mounting means for removably affixing the first junction box mounting plate to the junction box, and a first connector positioned in a channel in a front face of the first junction box mounting plate. The second fixture mounting plate includes fixture mounting means for removably affixing the second fixture mounting plate to the fixture, and a second connector positioned in a slot in a projection extending upwardly from a front face of the second fixture mounting plate. The channel in the front face of the first junction box mounting plate is sized to slidably receive the projection extending from the front face of the second fixture mounting plate, and the first connector is configured to mate with the second connector.

  • Patent number: 11689005
Abstract: A method for providing a removable quick-connect between a junction box and an electrical fixture is provided. A first junction box mounting plate is removably affixed to the junction box, and a first electrical connector is positioned in a channel in a front face of the first junction box mounting plate. A second electrical fixture mounting plate is removably affixed to the electrical fixture, and a second electrical connector is positioned in a slot in a projection extending upwardly from a front face of the second fixture mounting plate. The channel in the front face of the first junction box mounting plate is aligned with the projection extending from the front face of the second electrical fixture mounting plate. The channel includes angled side walls and the projection includes side walls angled in the opposite direction. The projection is then slid into the channel until the first electrical connector engages the second electrical connector.

  • Patent number: 7432941
Abstract: A system and method for determining whether a target display subsystem is compliant with a reference display subsystem is provided. A target display subsystem is selected for outputting image data. Drawing instructions are generated and applied to the target display subsystem. Image data generated by the target display subsystem, responsive to the applied drawing instructions, is periodically captured and recorded. The reference subsystem is selected, and the same drawing instructions are applied to the reference display subsystem. Image data generated by the reference display subsystem is periodically captured and recorded from the reference display subsystem. Thereafter, the captured image data from the target display subsystem and the reference display subsystem are compared to determine whether the target display subsystem is compliant with the reference display subsystem.

  • Publication number: 20060259440
Abstract: A method for electronically signing a document includes the steps of accessing over a network a product page provided by a product application server, providing identification information to the product application server unique to an individual who is to sign the document, communicating information identifying a document to be electronically signed from the product application server to an electronic signature application server, verifying the individual's identity, acquiring a template of the document and populating the template with data pertaining to the individual to form a completed document and displaying the completed document on a page generated by the electronic signature application server and accessible over a network by the individual, and adding an electronic signature to the completed document to form a signed document. The signed document may be printed by the individual and may be stored as a .

  • Patent number: 5129280
Abstract: A steering column including a steering wheel mounted on a tilt-housing of the steering column for up and down pivotal movement about a first transverse axis and a shroud or bezel on the tilt-housing. The shroud has a viewing port therein and a drum is supported on the tilt-housing behind the shroud for rotation about a second transverse axis parallel to the first transverse axis. An outer cylindrical wall of the drum having graphic symbols thereon is partially visible through the viewing port so that the symbols scroll across the viewing port as the drum rotates about the second transverse axis. A connecting rod has a first end pivotally connected to a stationary part of the steering column and a second end pivotally connected to a side of the drum eccentric relative to the second transverse axis so that the drum rotates about the second transverse axis concurrently with up and down pivotal movement of the tilt-housing.
