  • Publication number: 20240123735
Abstract: Reprocessing of a replaceable supply component may include receiving from an encoding device and using an interface communicatively coupled to the encoding device, a request blob to reprocess a replaceable supply component. The method may include in response to cryptographically verifying the request blob, extracting from the request blob, a supply identifier and raw supply data. The method further includes using the supply identifier and raw supply data, generating a reprocess structure to append or amend original manufacturing data for the replaceable supply component, and providing a response blob to the encoding device, to designate the replaceable supply component as a reprocessed supply component.

  • Patent number: 11724725
Abstract: A system for measuring motion of a locomotive vehicle includes a speed sensor, a decelerometer and an onboard processing unit. The speed sensor is configured to measure wheel speed of the locomotive vehicle. The decelerometer includes a level-sensitive device configured to measure acceleration or deceleration of the locomotive vehicle as a function of a tilt from a level position. The onboard processing unit computes a current grade traversed by the locomotive vehicle prior to detection of a slip or slide condition based on a first measurement signal from the decelerometer. Upon detection of the slip or slide condition, the onboard processing unit obtains a second measurement signal from the decelerometer and filters out the current grade from the second measurement signal. The onboard processing unit determines an actual acceleration or deceleration of the locomotive vehicle during the slip or slide condition from the filtered second measurement signal from the decelerometer.

  • Patent number: 11414018
Abstract: A container that can be installed and removed from the storage area of a land vehicle. The container rests on the load floor and defines one or more compartments for storing goods. The lid allows for storage on op of the container. The container has outward dimensions that engage the land vehicle to prevent the container from substantially moving in either a lateral or forward/rearward direction.

  • Publication number: 20180119645
Abstract: A solid rocket motor includes a case, a solid propellant, and a seal attached to the motor. The seal isolates the solid propellant from a fluid external of the case, and the seal is at least partially transparent.

  • Patent number: 6817136
Abstract: Jigging devices for fishing poles are described which provide for easy assembly of the device and easy removal of the fishing pole from the device upon a fish strike. The devices provide for releasable yet reliable connection between the fishing-pole mount and the jigging mechanism and allow communication of movement of the jigging mechanism to be communicated to the fishing-pole mount and, thus, to the fishing line.
