Abstract: A computer-implemented user profiling system includes a human communication retrieval component which, for an entity employing a business process management system, captures communication data in response to a given business process being implemented by the business process management system. A human task monitoring and contextual analysis component captures user behavior information associated with the business process. A profile analysis engine is also included, which receives the user behavior information and communication data and updates a user profile corresponding to at least one of the users, based on the user behavior information and communication data.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for gating an end-to-end memory network are disclosed. For example, the method includes receiving a question as an input, calculating an updated state of a memory controller by applying a gate mechanism to an output based on the input and a current state of the memory controller of the end-to-end memory network, wherein the updated state of the memory controller determines a next read operation of a memory cell of a plurality of memory cells in the end-to-end memory network, repeating the calculating for a pre-determined number of hops and predicting an answer to the question by applying a softmax function to a sum of the output and the state of the memory controller of each one of the pre-determined number of hops.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a method, system and computer program product for classifying text according to one of a plurality of sentiments. According to an exemplary method, text is classified using two or more sentiment classifiers which are tuned to distinct author profile traits and the resulting scores are combined using a normalized weighted function to produce a final resulting classification score.
