Abstract: A computing services environment may include a database system, a generative language model interface, a communication interface, and a messaging interface. The database system may store database records reflecting interactions between tenants of the computer services environment and individuals interacting with the tenants, and may determine an input description of a communication campaign between a tenant of the plurality of tenants and a corresponding segment of the individuals. The generative language model interface may determine a textual description of one or more elements of the communication campaign by completing a campaign brief generation prompt via a generative language model. The communication interface may transmit to a client machine authenticated to a database system account linked to the tenant an instruction to generate a graphical user interface at the client machine. The messaging interface may transmit messages based on the input description and the refinement.

Abstract: Methods, computer readable media, and devices for management of a user journey through predefined communications activities are presented. A method may include obtaining a contact identifier for one or more contacts, determining a journey for a contact corresponding to the contact identifier, determining a contact status for the contact, displaying a visual depiction of the journey and a visual depiction of the contact status for the contact, receiving an indication of a contact journey modification, generating an updated contact status, and displaying an updated visual depiction of the journey and the updated contact status for the contact.

The interface includes a statistics generator for providing for display at least one description component that comprises at least a name of at least one player for viewing by a user. The statistics generator also provides at least one indicator for displaying a rendition of a statistic associated with the at least one player, where the statistic is based upon a percentage of teams for which the at least one player has a defined status in the fantasy sports game. The interface also includes an update component for providing for an update of the rendition of the statistic at one or more defined times, wherein the update component is operable to provide for display a value of the statistic determined at an update time, wherein the update time is based upon the one or more defined times.

The volume and type of transactions made by a plurality of users regarding the fantasy sports players are used to generate at least one statistical value for respective players. The statistical values for respective players are provided in an online interface, providing ease of viewing of transaction activity regarding the players and/or facilitating a user's next transactions relative to the transaction activity of the plurality of users.
