    Abstract: An apparatus for collecting paint chips and other fine debris includes a mesh screen layer attached to a frame. The frame has an outer edge portion enclosing at least a portion of the mesh screen layer. At least one first fastening member and at least one second fastening member can be positioned on the outer edge portion of the frame, and are adapted for complementary engagement with each other. The frame can be made of canvas cloth, and the mesh screen layer can be made of nylon.
