Abstract: A system and method for conducting telephone surveys includes a management controller that receives a misdirected call by a caller with an incoming number, extracts caller data for the caller, based on the incoming number, and determines whether the caller wishes to participate in a telephone survey for a reward. The management controller plays at least one voice message to ask the caller for caller data, in response to the caller wishing to participate, and receives caller data from the caller, in response to the voice message. The management controller selects a survey from a pool of available surveys for the caller, based on the caller data, and connects the caller to the survey.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention microwave oven door seal configurations that are designed to reduce power leakage of microwave ovens. The concepts provided may find particular use on-board aircraft or other passenger transport vehicles that have various types of communication equipment that operate at a similar frequency as microwave ovens, and for which interference should be reduced or eliminated.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a power supply for a microwave oven designed for use on-board an aircraft and that is configured to deliver power to the microwave magnetron in such a way as to avoid interference with Wi-Fi networks. Output from the power supply to the microwave oven is modulated and optimized by lowering the time period that the power is delivered (e.g., into short bursts), but increasing the actual current that is delivered.

Abstract: An arrangement for storing and readily reviewing digital photographic information stored on photographic CD;s, comprising a base, a number of CD boxes each adapted to store one of said CD's as well as at least a part of a reproduction of one of the photographs of the respective CD indicative of the photographic contents of the respective CD. The reproduction, in the form of photographs or thumbnail indexes, are stored on top of the CD, in the front section or chamber, and being visible through this first part. The second, or hinged back part will store the respective CD. A rack on the base is provided with slots for storing a plurality of CD/photograph boxes, each box with pivot pins to fit in slots in a predetermined rearward slanting position and for enabling a search of the contents of the CD boxes by flipping them into an oppositely forward slanting position. Abstract: The present invention is a telephone number with extension distribution system and method, preferably for toll-free vanity telephone numbers. The preferred embodiment of the system for distributing telephone numbers comprises a client computer connected to a server through the Internet. The server interfaces with a database, preferably using a TCP/IP network. The database contains (i) telephone numbers, preferably toll-free, (ii) extensions affiliated with the telephone numbers (iii) terminating telephone number(s) assigned to a telephone number and affiliated extension. The client computer can search the database and select a telephone number and select an available extension. The client computer then inputs a terminating telephone number(s) to be associated with the telephone number and affiliated extension. The database server containing telephone numbers and affiliated extensions interfaces with the server and the Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) system.
