  • Patent number: 12636574
Abstract: A digit-mounted, spring-assisted device for launching a projectile in response to a launching motion of a finger by a user. The digit-mounted device may comprise a securing means for securing a launcher to the digit of the user. The securing means may comprise a strap, loop, or cinch. The digit-mounted device may further comprise a launch guide extending outwardly from a base member. A projectile may be mounted onto or into the launch guide. A spring may be mounted on the digit-mounted device which is placed under tension when the user prepares to make a launching motion with the digit. The projectile is launched in response to the user making a launching motion with the digit, using the thumb as a tensioning means. The spring is released from tension upon making a launching motion with the digit, adding to the force given to the projectile upon launch. The projectile may take a wide variety of forms.

  • Publication number: 20260053633
Abstract: In various aspects, an implant includes a body having a lattice structure, with the lattice structure extending continuously from a superior surface of the body to an inferior surface of the body. The lattice structure may define a gradient of pores, with each pore in the gradient having a plurality of vertices. Additionally, the implant may include a plurality of projections extending superiorly from each of the plurality of vertices of each pore of the gradient of pores at the superior surface of the body, with each projection of the plurality of projections having a directionality. The implant may also include one or more radiographic markers incorporated into the lattice structure, the one or more radiographic markers having a density greater than the density of the lattice structure immediately around the one or more radiographic markers and being comprised of the same material as the lattice structure.

  • Patent number: 12533267
Abstract: A pressure sensing clip (1) and a system including a bandage (19) for detecting and displaying the pressure applied by a (compression) bandage (19) to a human or animal body in which the pressure sensing clip (1) has an inner bandage penetrating arm (2) and an outer arm (3) hingedly attached to the inner arm (2) at a hinge (4) so that the outer arm (3) is movable between a hingedly closed position with respect to the inner arm (2) and a hingedly open position. The device can be operatively attached to an applied compression bandage, or it can be placed beneath or between the bandage during bandage application so that the bandage covers the sensing part of the device. In the latter application, the ability of the arms of the device to adapt an open configuration allows the bandage to be applied over the inner arm leaving the outer arm to close once the bandage has been applied. The device can receive, store and transmit data to a user.

  • Patent number: 12236698
Abstract: A system and method for asset registration and tagging includes determining candidate devices on a network or subnet. Device information is pulled from discovered devices. Device records are stored with device information including device serial number, model number, asset ID and service record information. A QR code is generated and displayed or printed at each discovered device. A device user scans the QR code to supply location information, as well as other user input, which is added to the device information. A device is then registered and an asset tag is printed at the device with instructions to affix it on an exterior for future reference.

  • Patent number: 11609724
Abstract: This invention relates to an apparatus for monitoring a locally attached printer using the locally attached printer's Ethernet interface. A USB device is installed between a computer and a locally attached non-networked printer and additionally connects to the printer via an Ethernet interface. The USB device uses SNMP (or other network protocols) to manage the printer via the Ethernet interface. The system may then report the management information to a central server.
