  • Patent number: 11924176
Abstract: A hardware security module (HSM) client processes a request to store data in a set of HSMs. The HSM client determines a property of the data indicative of a sensitivity classification of the data. As a result of determining the data lacks a classification as sensitive, the HSM client transmits the data to a data store outside the set of HSMs and updates a database used by the HSM client to associate an identifier of the data with a reference to a location in the data store.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 28, 2022
Date of Patent: March 5, 2024
    Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.
Inventors: Mayank Bharat Ambaliya, Benjamin Philip Grubin, Scott Samuel Adams

  • Patent number: 9405523
Abstract: A system includes a memory and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory. The processor accesses a particular build schedule from one or more build schedules stored in the memory. The processor accesses, according to the particular build schedule, one or more artifacts and a label associated with the one or more artifacts stored in one or more data repositories. The label associated with the one or more artifacts corresponds to a particular software environment. The processor builds a software package using the one or more artifacts and deploys the software package to the software environment corresponding to the label of the one or more artifacts.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 4, 2013
Date of Patent: August 2, 2016
    Assignee: Bank of America Corporation

  • Patent number: 8104673
Abstract: Method and system for processing image returns. Embodiments of the invention provide for automating data flow and reporting processes connected with administrate image returns to a financial institution with multiple image processing sites. A computer-implemented method of processing a cash letter file identifying returned items includes obtaining an identifier for a processing site for each item identified in the cash letter file. A separate report corresponding to each processing site as indicated by the identifier is assembled. The report lists each returned item for the processing site. Each separate report is forwarded to each processing site to enable the processing site to re-process just the returned items specific to the processing site. Provision is also made for automatically updated stored ledger information based on a cash letter settlement table.

  • Publication number: 20060089900
Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present invention provide a system and method for time tracking with respect to an item in an auction. Certain embodiments include a clock for tracking a time associated with an item sold to a buyer, wherein the time is elapsed after sale of the item, and a processor controlling the clock, wherein the processor processes data related to the item to control the clock. The system may also include a display for displaying the time in association with the item. The system may also include a memory for storing data related to the item, wherein the data includes the time. Time associated with the item may include time between sale of the item and payment for the item, time between payment for the item and shipment of the item, and/or time between payment for the item and receipt of the item, for example.
