  • Publication number: 20170147751
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for documenting a narrative patient visit note. A user input is received and is associated with narrative phrases which are converted to narrative sentences. These sentences, constructed by the system, are then arranged to form a narrative patient visit note. The narrative patient visit note is constructed in such a manner as to be exportable to numerous electronic medical record systems.

  • Publication number: 20170081581
Abstract: A spacer fluid made of a viscosity thinner, a weighting agent, an antifoaming agent, and a non-ionic surfactant in a base aqueous fluid is disclosed. In some instances, the viscosity thinner is a sulfomethylated tannin, the weighting agent is barium sulfate, the antifoaming agent is a silicone, and the non-ionic surfactant is an ethoxylated alcohol. A method of treating a well bore annulus in preparation of introducing water-based cement slurry into a well bore using the spacer fluid is disclosed. A method of using the spacer fluid to position a first fluid into a well bore annulus of a well bore containing a second fluid is disclosed. A method for fluidly isolating at least a portion of a well bore annulus in a well bore containing an oil-based drilling fluid using water-based cement slurry and the spacer fluid is disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20170074588
Abstract: A vacuum furnace comprises a vessel having a door, a plurality of heating elements within the vessel, a vacuum system for evacuating an interior of the vessel, and a pivoting member for pivoting the vessel between a first position where the door when closed is facing substantially upward, and a second position where the door when closed is facing away from substantially upward. In a method of enabling heating a vacuum furnace, the vessel is able to pivot between two positions. In a method of operating a vacuum furnace, the vessel pivots between two positions.

  • Publication number: 20160289033
Abstract: A film dispenser for use in unwinding film from coreless film rolls. A first dispenser member is selectively matable with a second dispenser member. The first and second dispenser members can be mated together in at least two angular positions. The position of a radially outward facing surface of the dispenser can be adjusted based on the angular position of the dispenser members so that the dispenser can firmly engage and support film rolls of varying internal dimensions. Each of the dispenser members can have a radially extending support wall. The support walls define complementary interlocking formations. When the dispenser members are mated together, the complementary interlocking formations engage one another to form a rigid connection between the dispenser members. The engaged support walls radially support a central region of the film roll.

  • Publication number: 20160236058
Abstract: Golf training apparatus and method for golf training using a golf training apparatus. The golf training apparatus comprises a target member having a substantially flat form extending across an area larger than a regulation-sized golf hole area, and a target opening formed in the target member. The target opening extends inward from an edge of the target member. The target opening defines a space smaller than or equal to a regulation-sized golf hole. The target member provides a target for training to putt a golf ball.

  • Patent number: 9100315
Abstract: Technology for asynchronous communication including a wired channel, a sender controller, and a receiver controller is disclosed. The sender controller can be configured to send multiple request signals up to a predefined limit on the output request port paired with multiple data blocks sent on the data before receiving an acknowledgment signal on the output acknowledge port. At least one combination of any of the input channel, the sender controller, the output channel, and the receiver controller can be configured to operate within at least one time constraint to avoid stalling an asynchronous flow control.

  • Patent number: 8872880
Abstract: A system may include a device that receives requests to initiate a videoconference call. The requests may include an indication of a service priority tier that should be applied to the call and first and second client devices for the call. The system may determining bandwidth availability in a network and determine, based on the bandwidth availability and based on the indication of the service priority tier of the call, whether to admit the videoconference call to the network. The device may provision, when it is determined to admit the call to the network, traffic policies corresponding to one or more network devices, where the policies are determined based on the service priority tier of the videoconference call.
