The system computes a rank score for each item of a plurality of items that are accessible from a user of an enterprise application. The system identifies a set of relevant items from the plurality of items based on the rank score for each item of the plurality of items. The system surfaces the set of relevant items within a context of a communication application of the user without receiving, from the user, a query for any of the items in the set of relevant items.

User or administrator defined explicit rules and configurations may be taken into consideration along with analysis results of incoming communication attributes and user history in determining a category and a priority level for the incoming communication. The incoming communication may then be presented according to the determined category and priority level along with tools for the recipient to modify automatic determinations and otherwise interact with the communication.

Abstract: Slide presentation files may be separated into one or more individual slide files, and the one or more individual slide files may be stored in a remote or local slide library. Stored individual slide files are populated with metadata for allowing subsequent search and location of individual slide files. A synchronization relationship may be established between a stored slide file and a copy of the stored slide file used in a slide presentation document. As updates are made to the stored slide file, a user of a copy of the stored slide file may be informed of and provided changes made to the original slide file via the synchronization relationship.
