Abstract: A light device includes a body having a light source and electrical contacts that plug into a first electrical outlet of a duplex receptacle and receive power therefrom. An outlet cover mounted for pivotal motion with respect to the body about at a pivot axis, which is substantially proximate to a region between the first outlet and a second outlet of the receptacle. The outlet cover pivots away from the body and towards the duplex receptacle to inhibit access to the second electrical outlet.

Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes an electrical contact that receives power from an external power source, a battery receiving region, and a battery backed light source. A user interface receives an input indicative of a first desired operation of the lighting apparatus when power is available from the AC power source and a second desired operation of the battery backed light source in the absence of power from the AC power source. Electrical circuitry uses battery power to operate the battery backed light source in the absence of power from the AC power source based on the second desired operation.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems of demonstrating advantages and benefits of premium animal care products, the methods comprising the steps of: presenting a first demonstration aid wherein the first demonstration aid demonstrates a first feature or characteristic; presenting a second demonstration aid wherein the second demonstration aid demonstrates a second feature or characteristic; describing to an audience the first feature or characteristic; describing to an audience the second feature or characteristic; and comparing the first and second features or characteristics to demonstrate the advantages and benefits of the animal care product. The methods and systems can include methods and systems of demonstrating reduced hair ingestion and hairball related effects; methods and systems of demonstrating improvements in skin and coat; and methods and systems of demonstrating better absorption and/or retention of food and nutrients, and production of less waste.

Abstract: A package comprising a first panel and a second panel. The first and second panels have a closed position wherein the first panel abuts the second panel and an open position wherein the first panel is spaced from the second panel. The first panel has a battery holder configured to retain at least one battery therein. The second panel has a battery powered device holder configured to retain a battery powered device therein. The first panel has a first tear away strip for allowing batteries in the battery holder to be removed from the first panel when the first and second panels are in the open position. The second panel has a second tear away strip for allowing the battery powered device in the battery powered device holder to be removed from the second panel when the first and second panels are in the open position.
