Abstract: A system and method for registration of rotary drive shaft in a high-torque environment. The system utilizes a pair of connected harmonic drives to allow the clocking or registration of the rotary drive shaft without backlash and without requiring gearing changes as a result of a single harmonic drive. The pair of connected harmonic drives is coupled together by a tandem coupling.

Abstract: An antenna mount apparatus for use on a marine vessel for supporting and angularly positioning an antenna is provided. The apparatus includes: a housing configured to mount the apparatus to a support structure; a bi-directionally rotatable driver mounted on the housing; a worm configured to be rotatably driven by the driver about a first axis; a rotatable member having gear teeth at least partially around a periphery of the rotatable member, and configured to be driven about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis in response to rotation of the worm; and a rotatable antenna support member mounted on the rotatable member configured to support an antenna and to rotate in response to the rotatable member, the antenna support member being rotatable between a substantially horizontal position and a substantially vertical position.

The distribution compartment includes a support member, a laterally elongated element coupled to the support member, and two or more lateral containment members operatively coupled to the support member for inhibiting the escape of asphalt from the distribution compartment when asphalt is contained therein. At least one of the lateral containment members is laterally movable towards or away from one at least one other lateral containment member.

Abstract: A holder for an outrigger is disclosed which has a housing for mounting the holder on top of a structural part of a boat. The holder can be rotated in a horizontal plane to various fixed positions by means of a rotatable, retractable handle positioned below the structural part of the boat. The weight of the holder is taken by in internal structure of the housing, such that, during rotation to another position, the holder weight is not transferred to the handle; thereby making it easier to rotate the holder.
