A lid is pivotally mounted on the frame for closing the open top of the top-most box. A metal mesh basket is mounted on the rear of the frame for receiving and storing paper products. A roll of cord is mounted on the lid for discharging a length of cord to tie the paper products into bundles. A cord cutter is mounted on the lid to cut the cord from the roll after it is tied about the paper products.
