Abstract: A method for providing confirmation of a request for a target communicated using text messaging includes receiving, by a sending system, a request for a target. The method further includes selecting, by the sending system, a telephone number from a list of telephone numbers, wherein a mapping is created between the request, the selected telephone number, the target, and a target contact. Additionally, the method includes sending, by the sending system to the target contact using the selected telephone number, a text message indicating the request for the target. Moreover, the method includes receiving a reply message from the target contact using the selected telephone number, and determining that the reply message comprises a reply to the request for the target by comparing the target contact and the selected telephone number for the reply message to the mapping.

Abstract: A system and method for providing content on a plurality of platforms. A reference to content and a selection of a selected portion of the content is received from a client device. A container suitable for a target platform is generated. The content portion is transformed such that the transformation includes the selected portion within a boundary associated with the container. The transformation may be associated with the container. The container may then be published for access over a network by means of a browser. Upon accessing of the container, a user's browser may request the transformation and render the transformation within the container. The method may include using a client's credentials to add the container to a social networking profile of the client.

Abstract: A unique method allowing the external third party service provider to control the features related to a particular service on the website, taking advantage of the relationship of the website owner and the third party, and allowing dynamic status of what is to be controlled, without further modifications to the web content and without the third party needing any access to the website. The third party service provider does not need to contact the website server to dynamically determine whether or how the specific objects are to be displayed. The website owner still has fine control of the website, needs minimal additional bandwidth, and does not need to give the third party any access to its computers or website content. Additionally the client (browser) can display without delay the whole page except the third party server elements even if there is a slow response or no response from the third party server.

A processor is coupled for receiving the stroke symbols and includes memory for storing a list of stroke entries, each represented by at least one stroke symbol, and an associated language part defining the translation for that stroke entry. The stroke entries are arranged in the memory in accordance with the predefined stroke entry order. The processor also includes a translator for segmenting the sequence of stroke symbols into a plurality of consecutive subsequences where each of the subsequences includes at least one stroke symbol and has a corresponding matching stroke entry in the memory.
