  • Publication number: 20190393739
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a stator for external rotor type motor, enabling to manufacture a motor with a high viscosity rate by allowing a unit tooth of a stator to be partially separated from an adjacent tooth. In order to accomplish the object of the present invention, there is provided a stator for external rotor type motor, comprising: a unit yoke; and a plurality of unit modules including a unit tooth extensively formed on the unit yoke, wherein the plurality of unit modules is continuously formed in a ring shape, and the unit yoke includes a connection part connected to an adjacent unit yoke, and a dividing part separated from the adjacent unit yoke, and one unit module in the plurality of unit modules is mutually separated from the adjacent unit module by a cutting part.

  • Patent number: 9829392
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for estimating a temperature of a motor using a Hall sensor. The method includes detecting, at a digital Hall sensor, a position of a rotor included in a motor and outputting an on signal in an operating period and an off signal in a release period according to a relative position of the rotor, calculating, at a temperature determining module, a difference between duration of the operating period and duration of the release period according to an output waveform of the digital Hall sensor, and then determining, at the temperature determining module, a temperature of the motor with reference to a temperature corresponding to the duration difference. Accordingly, it is possible to estimate the internal temperature of a motor without installing a temperature sensor in the motor, to maintain a small size of the motor, and to reduce production costs.

  • Patent number: 7990013
Abstract: A stator coil of a slotless motor is disclosed in which the stator coil is formed in such a manner that respective both distal ends of two unit coil bodies, each unit coil body arranged to face each other, are respectively coupled to form a plurality of circular coil bodies, each circular coil body having a different inner diameter, and a circular coil body having a smaller inner diameter is sequentially inserted into an inner side of a circular coil body having a larger inner diameter, whereby a horizontal width of the plurality of unit coil bodies of U, V and W phases is equal there among to cause the strength of the magnetic field of U, V and W phases to be equal, and to allow the stator to be accurately manufactured, thereby catering to a designer's intention and markedly simplifying the assembly processes.

  • Patent number: 7205697
Abstract: A claw-pole PM stepping motor includes a module that is formed in such a manner that a first driving unit and a second driving unit are symmetrically arranged with respect to a first claw-pole and a second claw-pole each oppositely disposed at a main yoke member internally disposed to substantially divide an inside of a housing, an inner portion of which is rotatably inserted and supported by a rotary shaft, and the first driving unit and the second driving unit have magnet rotors coaxially arranged to generate electromagnetic force; sub-yoke members; and coil bobbins. The claw-pole PM stepping motor is exempted from a structure where coil bobbins are concentrically arranged at a periphery of magnet rotors, and instead the coil bobbins are coaxially arranged and shifted from each other from the corresponding magnet rotors, such that a miniaturized motor with a reduced outer diameter can be embodied.
