Abstract: An access management apparatus and method for managing or controlling access to an extranet for xSP. To overcome “the problems of centralized authority and authorization cache”, the present invention decentralizes the role of access management by using ACL cached, and synchronizes the decentralized access management roles by using an AA server. In addition, it overcomes “inefficiency of session management” by adopting authentication/authorization based on a web browser cookie, and it additionally includes the functions of supporting the internet security standard, and processing a variety of security/encryption techniques and a user-defined access management.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for controlling command torques in a hybrid electric vehicle, in which information on the command torques maintains an appropriate range by dividing the function of a hybrid control unit (HCU) into first and second levels. A function is included for setting operating points of the HCU itself at the first level and for monitoring torques of the first level at the second level. Whether or not the output command torques are within the restriction values prior to output of the first level is ______ and outputs are restricted to the restriction values when the output command torques exceed the restriction values, thereby preventing a hardware damage in advance. Further a drive demand torque calculated at the second level is compared with a wheel torque of the first level, so that it is possible to determine the suitability of the output command torques.

Abstract: A drum washing machine in which laundry-separated substances, introduced into a gap of a packing member sealing an inlet of the washing machine during a washing process, are easily eliminated. The drum washing machine includes a main body having an entrance hole for placing laundry therein and a door opening and closing the entrance hole, a tub installed in the main body and having an opening corresponding to the entrance hole, a packing member to seal a space between the opening of the tub and the entrance hole. The packing member including a bending portion in which laundry-separate substances accumulate, and a recess adjacent to the bending portion, wherein the recess is formed in a user contactable position on the packing member for assisting in easy elimination of the laundry-separated substances accumulated in the bending portion.

Abstract: A drum washing machine in which washing water is supplied directly to a drum to reduce consumption of the washing water, and is easily discharged from the drum in a dehydrating mode without leakage of the washing water from the drum in a washing mode. The drum washing machine includes an opening and closing device to open the dehydration holes by a centrifugal force only when the drum is rotated more than a designated speed. The opening and closing device includes opening and closing members to open and close the dehydration holes, and an elastic member to enable the opening and closing members to open and close the dehydration holes according to an intensity of the centrifugal force generated due to a rotation of the drum. The drum washing machine supplies the washing water directly to the drum, thereby preventing problems regarding the leakage or discharge of the washing water.

Abstract: A method of providing a PoC service service in a mobile communication system is disclosed, by which a user's sensory duration can be reduced in case of switching a status of a traffic channel between a user equipment and a mobile communication network to an active mode from a dormant mode in the mobile communication system such as a CDMA network. The present invention includes a first step of transmitting the PoC service data from a first user equipment in the dormant mode via a short data burst, a second step of allowing the user equipment to enter an active mode via a traffic channel connection after completion of the first step, a third step of transmitting a reception acknowledgement signal (ACK) from a second user equipment having received the PoC service data via the short data burst, and a fourth step of receiving the reception acknowledgement signal (ACK) via a traffic channel.

Abstract: Disclosed herein in a dummy pattern structure of a semiconductor device. According to the present invention, the dummy pattern structure comprises daughter dummy patterns respectively formed at places corresponding to vertexes of polygons in regions where metal wirings are not formed in an interlayer insulating film where metal wirings are formed, thus being arranged in the whole region while constituting a polygon shape, and mother dummy patterns respectively formed at places corresponding to the middles of the polygon, which is formed by the daughter dummy patterns. Generation of metal residues in a region where metal wirings are not formed when the metal wirings are formed by means of a damascene process are prevented. Also, a delamination phenomenon that interlayer insulating films are fallen apart can be prevented.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for forming a metal line in a semiconductor device which can prevent metal plating from being protruded from a specific portion, prevent bridges from being generated between metal lines by a uniform thickness, and improve reliability of the process, by forming a dual damascene pattern including a trench and a via hole on an insulation film, forming a metal seed layer on the sidewalls and bottom surface of the dual damascene pattern except for the sidewalls of the trench, and forming the metal line by filling a metal material in the dual damascene pattern by an electroplating method.
