  • Publication number: 20060213682
Abstract: A flexible PCB is provided with surplus bends so that it can be readily bent according to the repetitive movement thereof, whereby wires formed in the flexible PCB can be prevented from being severed by the bending fatigue accumulated due to the movement. The flexible PCB for use in electronic equipment acts to transmit electrical signals between two rigid PCBs and acts as a structural bridge therebetween, the two rigid PCBs being spaced away from each other and being able to relatively move. The flexible PCB includes: a plurality of wires, each functioning as a passageway for electrical signals; and a soft material-based substrate body in which the wires are formed; and being provided with surplus bends at predetermined positions so as to allow the flexible PCB to resiliently move according to the relative movement of the rigid PCBs.

  • Publication number: 20060145144
Abstract: A vertical organic thin film transistor is provided along with an organic light-emitting transistor, which is characterized in that an active layer is formed of a p-type organic semiconductor compound having a dielectric constant of 3.5 or more, and work function values of an anode and a cathode are different from each other. The vertical organic thin film transistor is advantageous because it exhibits excellent current-voltage properties due to a short channel length, and has simple fabrication processes. Also, in the vertical organic thin film transistor, current properties in response to the gate voltage are of an enhancement type. Therefore, the vertical organic thin film transistor may be fabricated into the organic light-emitting transistor through a simple process.

  • Publication number: 20060116144
Abstract: A method for assigning a channel in multi-FA CDMA mobile communication system according to the received power prevents communication quality of a FA from being inferior to that of the others by managing the interference level of the FA. The method comprises the steps of: comparing a first threshold value with received power when the base station receives a new call request; assigning a traffic channel in a first FA of the request, if the received power is less than the first threshold value, and searching a second FA of which received power is least, if not; comparing a second threshold value with the received power of the second FA; and assigning a traffic channel in the second FA if the received power is less than the second threshold value, and rejecting the request, if not.
