    Abstract: A liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device using the same are disclosed, in which an alignment layer the same as that of a display area is formed in a light-transmitting portion of a non-display area, the light-transmitting portion being provided with a through hole. The liquid crystal panel comprises a color filter substrate; a driving device array substrate; a seal surrounding the outside of the light-transmitting portion and the display area; and a liquid crystal injected into the display area and the light-transmitting portion, which are surrounded by the seal, in a state that the driving device array substrate and the color filter array substrate are bonded to each other by the seal.
