  • Publication number: 20080160503
Abstract: Provided herein are procedures for rapidly determining oral bioavailability of two or more compounds by administering the two or more compounds to an animal, extracting fluid from an eye region of the animal and determining the amount of each of the two or more compounds in the fluid by mass spectrometry. Such procedures can provide cost advantages for determining oral bioavailability as they allow for (i) utilizing relatively small animals, (ii) extracting multiple samples from a single animal, and (iii) analyzing multiple compounds in a single animal, for example.

  • Publication number: 20080063948
Abstract: The present application is directed to a process of forming a photomask pattern comprising one or more sub-resolution assist features (SRAF). The process comprises generating a first set of SRAF patterns. Each of the SRAF patterns in the first set having a first assigned mask position. After the first set of SRAF patterns are generated, determining if the SRAF patterns of the first set comply with a preselected set of rules, wherein one or more of the SRAF patterns are found to be illegal because they do not comply with at least one of the preselected rules. One or more of the illegal SRAF patterns are reassigned to second mask positions that are different from the first mask positions, the second mask positions allowing the illegal SRAF patterns to comply with the at least one preselected rule to form corrected SRAF patterns.

  • Patent number: 7200835
Abstract: A method of operating a computing system to determine reticle data. The reticle data is for completing a reticle for use in projecting an image to a semiconductor wafer. The method receives circuit design layer data comprising a desired circuit layer layout, and the layout comprises a plurality of lines. The method also identifies in the plurality of lines a first line portion for use as a first circuit function and a second line portion for use as a second circuit function that differs from the first circuit function. The first line portion is parallel and adjacent to the second line portion. The method also provides the reticle data in an output data file for use in forming features on the reticle.

  • Publication number: 20060281016
Abstract: Modifying sub-resolution assist features includes receiving a mask pattern for a photolithographic mask. The mask pattern includes main features, and the photolithographic mask is operable to pattern a wafer pattern for a semiconductor wafer. Placement of sub-resolution assist features for the main features is estimated. The following is repeated for one or more iterations: correcting the main features using a wafer pattern model operable to estimate the wafer pattern; evaluating the sub-resolution assist features according to the wafer pattern model; and modifying at least one sub-resolution assist feature in accordance with the evaluation.

  • Publication number: 20060240331
Abstract: Modifying merged sub-resolution assist features includes receiving a mask pattern comprising the merged sub-resolution assist features, where a segmenting sub-resolution assist feature intersects a segmented sub-resolution assist feature at an intersection. Each sub-resolution assist feature is represented by an axis of the sub-resolution assist feature. The length of at least one axis is established, and an axis is modified in accordance with the length. Each axis is converted to a sub-resolution assist feature to yield the modified merged sub-resolution assist features.

  • Publication number: 20060188791
Abstract: Merging sub-resolution assist features includes receiving a mask pattern that includes the sub-resolution assist features. A first sub-resolution assist feature is selected to merge with a second sub-resolution assist feature. A merge bar width of a merge bar is established. A distance between the first sub-resolution assist feature and the second sub-resolution assist feature is determined. A merging technique is determined in accordance with the distance and the merge bar width. The first sub-resolution assist feature and the second sub-resolution assist feature are merged according to the identified merging technique.

  • Publication number: 20060143084
Abstract: The present invention provides a business method, computer system and software that permit a digital media peer-to-peer or server-to-peer exchange, with sponsored media access, while providing a secure and high speed transmission of media files across an internet, intranet or cable network in such a manner as to avoid illegal or un-permitted end user digital file sharing or copying. More particularly, the invention provides a method that combines a digital media encryption technique and unique user key to permit transmission of digital media information in a very compressed or compacted small-size file that is essentially incapable of being decoded without a legitimate user key. The network or virtual private network provides computer hardware, software and at least one interface for advertisers to view marketing factor listings corresponding to network end users and to provide sponsored digital media access for selected listings of end users in exchange for targeted advertising of users.
