    Abstract: The invention provides an immunogenic composition and methods for making and using the composition to generate an immune response. The immunogenic composition comprises stem cells pulsed with an antigen against which an immune response is desired. The stem cells can be autologous mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), or stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells. The cellular vaccine composition finds use in generating an immune response against viral, bacterial and parasitic infections, cancer, and senescent cells.
