  • Publication number: 20210106240
Abstract: A technology for obtaining a fetal heart rate from an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. In one example, an artificial neural network model can be trained to predict a fetal heart rate using a training dataset containing ECG data. The artificial neural network model can include a first series of convolutional layers to separate a fetal ECG signal from a maternal ECG signal, a fast Fourier transform (FFT) layer to convert the fetal ECG signal to ECG frequency representations, and a dense layer to decode the ECG frequency representations to fetal heart rate predictions. After training the artificial neural network model, ECG data generated by an ECG monitor can be obtained, and the ECG data can be input to the artificial neural network model. The artificial neural network model outputs a fetal heart rate prediction, wherein the fetal heart rate prediction represents the fetal heart rate obtained from the ECG signal.

  • Publication number: 20210100952
Abstract: Systems and methods for treating hypoglycemia generally comprise a processor and a medicament injection unit. A processor may receive continuous glucose sensor data indicative of a host's blood glucose concentration. The processor may determine whether a host's blood glucose concentration is below a predetermined threshold setting. Based at least in part on the host's blood glucose concentration, the medicament injection unit may be configured to administer a medicament to the host.

  • Patent number: 10937012
Abstract: A method and system for generating a document is provided. The method includes generating a metadocument configured to retain multiple components of different data types. A component editor directory of a component editor server is queried and a list of component editors compatible with metadocument is retrieved. A first component editor of the list of component editors is selected from a remote location. The first component editor is associated with a first defined data type. A first document component comprising the first defined data type is generated within the metadocument resulting in a single document comprising the first document component. Abstract: A spotlight system including a spotlight continuously rotatable about a spotlight pan axis and tiltable about a spotlight tilt axis. The system includes a spotlight controller including a housing continuously rotatable about a controller pan axis. The housing has a circumferential lip that engages with a fixed based and a hub engaged with a handle. The handle rotates about a controller tilt axis perpendicular to the controller pan axis. A controller board is electrically connected to a slip ring that penetrates the base, with a pan input sensor, a tilt input sensor, and a microprocessor. The pan input sensor measures the position of the housing relative to the base, the tilt input sensor measures the position of the handle relative to the housing, and the microcontroller interprets the positions and generates control signals corresponding to the direction of a spotlight.

  • Publication number: 20200223435
Abstract: A vehicle control system determines an upper non-zero limit on deceleration of a vehicle to prevent rollback of the vehicle down a grade being traveled up on by the vehicle. The upper non-zero limit on deceleration is determined by the controller based on a payload carried by the vehicle, a speed of the vehicle, and a grade of a route being traveled upon by the vehicle. The controller is configured to monitor the deceleration of the vehicle, and to automatically prevent the deceleration of the vehicle from exceeding the upper non-zero limit by controlling one or more of a brake or a motor of the vehicle. The controller also is configured to one or more of actuate the brake or supply current to the motor of the vehicle to prevent rollback of the vehicle while the vehicle is moving up the grade at a non-zero speed.
