  • Patent number: 11748496
Abstract: A method for managing data in view of data controls includes determining that a jurisdictional restriction associated with a jurisdiction applies to utilization of a portion of data, determining that a compliant service to utilize the portion of data is unavailable, deploying an instance of the compliant service, and utilizing the portion of data using the instance of the compliant service.

  • Patent number: 11710280
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an environmental scanning tool that generates a digital model representing the surroundings of a user of an extended reality head-mounted display device. The environment is imaged in both a depth map and in visible light for some select objects of interest. The selected objects exist within the digital model at higher fidelity and resolution than the remaining portions of the model in order to manage the storage size of the digital model. In some cases, the objects of interest are selected, or their higher fidelity scans are directed, by a remote user. The digital model further includes time stamped updates of the environment such that users can view a state of the environment according to various timestamps.

  • Patent number: 11706337
Abstract: A communication session may be established between a customer device and a customer service representative device. An artificial intelligence assistant may access the communication session and receive an input. The artificial intelligence assistant may process in the input. The artificial intelligence assistant may determine one or more characteristics of the input. The artificial intelligence assistant may determine an output based on the characteristics of the input. The artificial intelligence assistant may communicate the determined output to the customer service representative.

  • Patent number: 11539641
Abstract: Systems and methods for responding to latency in connected vehicles. Vehicles operating on or near the edge of networks are identified. Vehicle dependent nodes are identified. Latency is calculated between the vehicle and the dependent nodes. The latency is compared to one or more threshold values and a response is determined and/or executed.

  • Patent number: 9470514
Abstract: A method of comparing surface profiles of an object, the object being rotatable on an axis, such that the object has a longitudinal dimension and an axial dimension. The object is incrementally scanned with a laser scan micrometer, first in a pre-test scan procedure and then in a post-test scan procedure. The two scan procedures are performed in the same manner, by using the laser scan micrometer to scan the object in a longitudinal direction, rotating the object, re-scanning the object, measuring the scan length thereby obtaining a longitudinal height value, and repeating the preceding steps for a number of incremental rotations thereby obtaining one longitudinal height profile. This process is repeated by incrementally moving the object in an axial direction and acquiring additional longitudinal height profiles, thereby acquiring a set of longitudinal height profiles. The pre-test and post-test sets of profiles are then aligned and compared.

  • Patent number: 7813939
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for inventory administration and monitoring of medicines and pharmaceuticals from a pharmacy and medicinal administration facility for use in correctional facilities, such as in prisons. Information related to past medical history of a patient may be reviewed while simultaneously reviewing a prescription written for the same patient. Prescription filling tasks can also be controlled, such as printing labels for medication in batches to assist with the shipment of medication to prison units. Compliance records associated with medicinal administration of prescribed medications to patients can also be maintained.
