  • Patent number: 12017441
Abstract: An acoustical ceiling panel including a first layer having a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending therebetween, a second layer having a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending therebetween, and a sealing layer having a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending therebetween. The sealing layer may be positioned between the first major surface of the first layer and the second major surface of the second layer. The side surface of the sealing layer may extend beyond the side surface of the first layer and the side surface of the second layer.

  • Patent number: 11636235
Abstract: A system, apparatus, and/or method is disclosed for designing a real-world space. For example, image data for an image of the space may be received. The image data may comprise a surface that is modifiable via an architectural material. Measuring rules for determining estimated real-world dimensions of the surface of the space may be executed. The measuring rules may be based on the received image data of the space. The estimated dimensions may comprise a length, width, and/or height of the surface of the space. A type and/or quantity of the architectural material for modifying the surface of the space may be determined based on the estimated dimensions of the surface of the space. A modified image of the space may be displayed in which the surface of the space is modified with the architectural material. The determined type and/or quantity of the architectural material may be displayed.

  • Patent number: 11493834
Abstract: A modular track and dolly system for cinematography includes a set of detachable, human-portable track sections, each including a unitary rigid frame supporting first and second spaced apart guide rails and having at least at least one connection plate at each longitudinal end of the frame providing a precise joint interface surface for aligning adjacent track sections. The rigid frame may include a pair of longitudinally extending chords connected by perpendicular struts and two or more web members extending at an oblique angle relative to the chords and struts. Each track section may also include a lightweight subframe made up of an assembly of longitudinal members and lateral stringers connected together, with the rigid frame being supported on and attached to the subframe. A dolly for carrying a cinematography robot is guided by the guide rails and may include a motor-driven pinion that engages a rack on the track.

  • Patent number: 6902517
Abstract: The safety barbell weight is a personal training product that would make a free weight workout safer and more effective. The safety barbell weight would consist of a U-shaped collar slideably mounted on a weight. The weight would have a concavity that forms a circular aperture when paired with the collar. The collar would have a groove cut in one leg into which stop pins would be inserted to prevent the weight from coming completely off the bar. The stop pins could take the form of a safety screw and a spring-loaded screw wherein the spring loaded screw would release under the desired load and allow the collar to slide out of the weight. The safety screw would catch on a divider in the groove to prevent the weight from falling off the bar.

  • Publication number: 20040249712
Abstract: A system, method and computer program product are disclosed for presenting, redeeming and managing incentives. In one embodiment, a set of incentives may be presented to a consumer to permit the consumer to select at least one incentive from the set. Via a network, a notification may be received that identifies the incentive(s) selected by the consumer. Information relating to each selected incentive may be stored in a database. This information may include information that identifies the consumer that selected the incentive, information that identifies the selected incentive, and information that identifies a retailer associated with the selected incentive. Subsequently, a query may be received from a point of sale of a retailer via the network. The query identifies a consumer and a retailer and indicates that a sales transaction involving the customer is occurring at the point of sale of the retailer.
