  • Patent number: 11961099
Abstract: A device may receive network data, business data, and user configuration data associated with an entity that is a candidate for a private network and may process the business data and the user configuration data, with a classification machine learning model, to determine a network hardware equipment prediction. The device may process the network data and the business data, with a first linear regression machine learning model, to determine a business output prediction and may utilize a second linear regression machine learning model to determine a data consumption prediction based on the network hardware equipment prediction. The device may process the network hardware equipment prediction, the business output prediction, and the data consumption prediction, with a machine learning model, to determine a financial profitability prediction for the private network and may perform one or more actions based on the financial profitability prediction.

  • Publication number: 20230083161
Abstract: A computing architecture providing for rapid analysis and control of an environment via edge computing nodes is disclosed. Input data streams may be captured via one or more data stream independent CPU threads and prepared for processing by one or more machine learning models. The machine learning models may be trained according to different use cases to facilitate a multi-faceted and comprehensive analysis of the input data. The evaluation of the input data against the machine learning models may be facilitated via independent GPU threads (e.g., one thread per model or use case) and the outputs of the models may be evaluated using control logic to produce a set of outcomes and control data. The control data may be utilized to generate one or more command messages that may provide feedback to a remote device or user regarding a state of a monitored environment or other observed condition.

  • Publication number: 20190180335
Abstract: Implementations are directed to receiving, by a NIO platform, one or more sets of data, the one or more sets of data including a set of historical data, and a set of opportunity data, processing, by the NIO platform, at least the set of historical data to determine a sub-set of data, the sub-set of data including data types having a relatively high impact on network infrastructure cost, providing, by the NIO platform, respective cost estimations for two or more network infrastructure opportunities by processing the set of opportunity data using a cost model provided from the sub-set of data, prioritizing, by the NIO platform, two or more network infrastructure opportunities relative to each other, and transmitting, by the NIO platform, one or more visualizations for display to a user on a computing device, the one or more visualizations graphically depicting prioritization of the two or more network infrastructure opportunities.

  • Patent number: 10236681
Abstract: A power cable assembly includes a power cable extending between a first end and a second end having a hot conductor and a neutral conductor. The power cable assembly includes a circuit protection device along the power cable between the first and second ends. The circuit protection device has a ground fault circuit interrupt (GFCI) device configured to sense a current difference on the hot and neutral conductors to initiate a triggering event. The circuit protection device has a high-power relay device connected to the GFCI device. The high-power relay device is connected to the hot conductor and is configured to open the hot line when the triggering event is initiated by the GFCI device.

  • Patent number: 10194685
Abstract: The present invention provides a computer program for determining the optimum diet of an animal, determining what nutritional deficiencies exist in that diet, and formulating a supplement to correct those deficiencies. It allows the creation of a nutritionally complete and balanced diet with a sufficient but not excessive quantity of water, energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and vitamin-like nutrients. The specific compositions of supplements generated using the computer program are also claimed.

  • Publication number: 20180325208
Abstract: A convertible shoe enables people to easily modify a single shoe to form a total of at least three different shoe types. This reduces the bulkiness/amount of a traveler's luggage and reduces the burden of traveling without limiting a traveler's options of available shoe types. The convertible shoe can include a front removable shoe upper to convert between an open-toe and a closed-toe shoe. The convertible shoe can further include a rear removable shoe upper to convert the shoe between closed-back shoe and a sandal-type shoe. The sandal-type shoe can include a removable strap to convert between a strapped and a strapless sandal-type shoe.

  • Publication number: 20050149431
Abstract: Methods for converting a renter into a property owner in cooperation with an investor comprise a third party finding the renter as well as the investor agreeing to purchase a property selected by the renter. During a phase one period of time the investor receives rent from the renter and obtains an increase in the property value until the beginning of a phase two period of time. Beginning phase two the renter obtains a new first mortgage to purchase the property at market value, the investor providing a sufficient second mortgage so that the renter requires no down payment to purchase the property. At the end of phase two, the renter obtains a further new first mortgage discharging the investor second mortgage and the investor gaining a portion of the new market value of the property. The methods repeat during phase two providing the investor with increased income potential.

  • Patent number: 4691531
Abstract: A water cooled central air conditioning system for use in combination with the existing duct work and furnace of a central air heating system of the type commonly used for heating residential homes. The air conditioning system is comprised of an A-frame evaporator coil supported on angle irons which are integral with an abutting box-line central unit housing a compressor, condensor, expansion valve, water inlet, outlet, condensate outlet, and other components. The entire monolithic assembly is suspended from above by spring-loaded cords attached to the central unit. The evaporator coil projects through an opening in the furnace wall into the hot air plenum of the furnace, and a foam gasket provides a resilient air-tight seal around the opening.
