Abstract: A garment with safety features is described. The garment includes a covering configured to cover at least a portion of a wearer. The covering extends between a first location and a second location spaced apart from the first location. The garment includes a flexible panel with the covering overlaying the flexible panel. The flexible panel is attached to the covering at the first location and the second location. The covering comprises excess material between the first location and the second location, the excess material being configured to accommodate stretching of the flexible panel.

Abstract: A safety garment for use in hazardous environments. The safety garment includes a covering configured to cover at least part of a torso of a wearer of the garment and a refillable heat extraction pack attached to the covering. The pack defines a chamber for receiving and releasably retaining a cooling medium therein for absorbing heat from the wearer and a flow control device for permitting the release of the cooling medium from the chamber via a port after a cooling capacity of the cooling medium has been reduced. The safety garment also includes a wearer-carrying harness integrated into the covering. The wearer-carrying harness having a pair of shoulder straps, each of the shoulder straps being configured to completely encircle a respective shoulder of the wearer.

Abstract: Safety garments for use in hazardous environments are disclosed. An exemplary safety garment comprises: a first protective covering configured to cover at least part of a torso of a wearer; a second protective covering configured to cover at least part of a limb of the wearer; and a flexible panel interconnecting the first protective covering to the second protective covering. The flexible panel facilitates movement of the limb of the wearer relative to the torso of the wearer by accommodating relative movement between the first protective covering and the second protective covering. Also disclosed are a safety garment comprising a wearer-carrying harness, a safety garment comprising a refillable heat extraction pack for cooling the wearer and a safety garment comprising a deployable shield for protecting the wearer upon detection of an event.

The database is accessible by one or more of personal computers (3), laptops (4) and hand held devices (5) by way of communication channels (6). The risk maps stored on the database comprise three dimensional graphical representations of specific locations and for each specific location having a three dimensional graphical representation there are provided a plurality of three dimensional, graphical representations from different aspects of that location. The hazard data is represented by way of a hazard icon superimposed on the risk map.

Abstract: Functional fine-art furniture includes a plurality of table legs and a table top. The table top includes an art work on the top side of the table top; one or more table-formation features configured to be connected with the plurality of table legs to form a table configuration, such that the plurality of table legs connected with the table-formation features can extend downward below the table top to allow the table legs to support the table top; and one or more display-formation features configured to hold the table legs when the table legs are detached from the table-formation features and to allow the table top and the table legs to form a fine-art display configuration.
