    Abstract: An apparatus for carrying waterfowl decoys is provided having a hollow tubular member with an inner diameter. A line extends through the interior of the hollow tubular member. A first, smaller clip is affixed to one end of the line and a second, larger clip is affixed to the other end of the line. The first clip is sized so as to be able to be passed through the interior of the hollow tubular member, while the second clip is sized such that cannot be passed through the interior of the hollow tubular member. The hollow tubular is preferably flexible. The cables of the waterfowl decoys are drawn by the smaller clip into the interior of the hollow tubular member so as to allow for carrying of the waterfowl decoys.
