  • Publication number: 20240068766
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure deal with stabilizers for an archery bow. In one embodiment, the stabilizer includes one or more rechargeable batteries. The batteries are configured to store energy for release via one or more accessory ports on the stabilizer. For example, the stabilizer may be used to charge a mobile device and/or power electronic archery equipment. In certain examples, the accessory and/or charging ports are accessible from the exterior of the stabilizer to enable easy access for a user.

  • Patent number: 11428497
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure deal with stabilizers for an archery bow which incorporate a magnetic damping assembly. In one form, the stabilizer includes a housing having a length defining a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end is configured to secure the housing to an archery bow. A ferromagnetic mass formed of a ferromagnetic material is arranged adjacent the distal end of the housing. A magnet is also arranged adjacent the distal end of the housing. The magnet and the mass are spaced a preset distance apart. The ferromagnetic mass is able to oscillate relative to the magnet when vibrations are transferred to the stabilizer. The magnetic field applies a drag force which dampens the oscillation of the magnet relative to the ferromagnetic mass.

  • Patent number: 11353280
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure deal with bow stabilizers mounted or mountable on an archery bow. The stabilizer incorporates a hollow housing with a proximal end and a distal end. Mounted to the distal end of the housing is a coupling formed of elastic vibration damping material. The coupling includes an outer wall section extending within the housing and a cylinder spaced inward from the outer wall section. Extending between the outer wall section and the cylinder are one or more flexible connectors. The cylinder supports a shaft with an inner weight mounted to a first end and spaced inward from the housing. The shaft and inner weight are arranged in a floating arrangement where oscillation of the shaft and inner weight does not impact the housing.

  • Patent number: 11105592
Abstract: An arrow with a shaft having a reduced outer diameter. The outer diameter of the arrow shaft may be in the range of 0.231 to 0.274 inches. The arrow may also include an insert. The arrow may also include a nock. The nock may have an enlarged section including two opposing arms defining a recess for placement of the bowstring, with each of the opposing arms including a safety tab configured to increase an outer diameter of the nock. The arrow is capable of withstanding 400 pounds of force and travel at a velocity of up to 500 fps.
