  • Publication number: 20240088268
Abstract: A method and structures are used to fabricate a nanosheet semiconductor device. Nanosheet fins including nanosheet stacks including alternating silicon (Si) layers and silicon germanium (SiGe) layers are formed on a substrate and etched to define a first end and a second end along a first axis between which each nanosheet fin extends parallel to every other nanosheet fin. The SiGe layers are undercut in the nanosheet stacks at the first end and the second end to form divots, and a dielectric is deposited in the divots. The SiGe layers between the Si layers are removed before forming source and drain regions of the nanosheet semiconductor device such that there are gaps between the Si layers of each nanosheet stack, and the dielectric anchors the Si layers. The gaps are filled with an oxide that is removed after removing the dummy gate and prior to forming the replacement gate.

  • Publication number: 20240070487
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and processing modeling workflows are disclosed. In some examples, a reference distribution of scores generated by a model is determined. The reference distribution of scores is recorded in a structured database. One or more unexpected scores are detected during execution of the model. To detect the one or more unexpected scores, a production distribution of scores is compared with the reference distribution of scores recorded in the structured database. The production distribution of scores is generated by the model for a production input data set. An alert is then provided to an external system, when an alert condition is determined to be satisfied based on the comparison. The alert indicates detection of the one or more unexpected scores.

  • Patent number: 8669046
Abstract: Antibodies that specifically bind to a peptide having an amino acid sequence as found at the N-terminus of the HA2 fusion peptide of the influenza A virus may be raised by inoculating a mammal with a conjugate of the peptide. In one embodiment, the conjugate comprises the peptide linked to a spacer (e.g. 6-aminocaproic acid) and a carrier protein (e.g. KLH). The antibodies may be used as a universal reagent for detecting HA proteins of influenza viruses. The antibodies are useful as versatile reagents for laboratory research and vaccine potency determination, especially in the event of pandemic influenza outbreaks.
