Abstract: Mice are provided that comprise a reduction or deletion of ADAM6 activity from an endogenous ADAM6 locus, or that lack an endogenous locus encoding a mouse ADAM6 protein, wherein the mice comprise a sequence encoding an ADAM6 or ortholog or homolog or fragment thereof that is functional in a male mouse. In one embodiment, the sequence is an ectopic ADAM6 sequence or a sequence that confers upon a male mouse the ability to generate offspring by mating. Mice and cells with genetically modified immunoglobulin heavy chain loci that comprise an ectopic nucleotide sequence encoding a mouse ADAM6 or functional fragment or homolog or ortholog thereof are also provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automatically providing a lending offer for loyalty points based on a customer account analysis. One example method includes initiating an offer analysis for a customer account associated with a particular customer and storing an account balance and a point deficit balance. The offer analysis determines whether to provide an offer for a point loan, and is based on profile information of the customer, a current point balance, and a reward identified from the loyalty account. If an offer is to be provided, an offer for a loan of points equal to the difference between the current point balance of a loyalty account and the point value cost of the reward is transmitted to a client device of the customer. If accepted, the current point balance and the point deficit are both incremented by the amount of the offer.

Abstract: Mice, embryos, cells, and tissues having a restricted immunoglobulin heavy chain locus and an ectopic sequence encoding one or more ADAM6 proteins are provided. In various embodiments, mice are described that have humanized endogenous immunoglobulin heavy chain loci and are capable of expressing an ADAM6 protein or ortholog or homolog or functional fragment thereof that is functional in a male mouse. Mice, embryos, cells, and tissues having an immunoglobulin heavy chain locus characterized by a single human VH gene segment, a plurality of human DH gene segments and a plurality of human JH gene segments and capable expressing an ADAM6 protein or ortholog or homolog or functional fragment thereof are also provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing data elements on a mobile device that involve identifying a central application with an available set of data elements, for each of a plurality of secondary applications, determining a shared set of data elements where each data element of the shared set of data elements is mapped to a data element of the available set of data elements. The systems and methods may further involve receiving the available set of data elements from the external data storage device for storage in a virtual memory of the mobile device upon detecting that a central application has initialized on the mobile device and populating a secondary application with the shared set of data elements from the virtual memory upon detecting that the secondary application has initialized on the mobile device.

Abstract: A collapsible, portable motion platform for use with video games, personal computers, simulators, and virtual reality systems is disclosed. The motion platform may include a motion control system including user adjustable regulating devices for setting the range of motion, acceleration and other motion elements in one or more degrees of freedom. The framing may be collapsible and may include an enclosure case. One embodiment of the platform is lightweight and portable, and includes an enclosure case for protection in storage.
