  • Publication number: 20200007569
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for automated packetless network reachability analysis are disclosed. An analysis is performed of network configuration data for a network comprising a host computer. Based at least in part on the analysis, one or more ports at the host computer that are reachable from another computer are determined. Based at least in part on the analysis, one or more routes to the one or more ports are determined. A report is generated that is descriptive of the one or more ports and the one or more routes.

  • Patent number: 10469324
Abstract: A virtual network verification service for provider networks that leverages a declarative logic programming language to allow clients to pose queries about their virtual networks as constraint problems; the queries may be resolved using a constraint solver engine. Semantics and logic for networking primitives of virtual networks in the provider network environment may be encoded as a set of rules according to the logic programming language; networking security standards and/or client-defined rules may also be encoded in the rules. A description of a virtual network may be obtained and encoded. A constraint problem expressed by a query may then be resolved for the encoded description according to the encoded rules using the constraint solver engine; the results may be provided to the client.

  • Patent number: 9358830
Abstract: A canvas having a border capable of being transformed into a frame or shadowbox is provided. The canvas may be blank or may be imprinted with a graphic design. The canvas may be transformed from a first orientation to a second or a third orientation wherein in the first orientation the canvas is in a generally flat configuration and wherein in the second and the third orientation the border of the canvas is folded backward to form a frame (in the second orientation) or forward to form a shadowbox (in the third orientation). In an embodiment, a slightly raised ridge may be present on the back of the canvas to allow the frame to lock into position when the canvas is folded backward. The extended tab portions of the top, the bottom, the front and the back may be removed to insert the canvas into a standard frame.

  • Patent number: 7888248
Abstract: A method for growing a SiC-containing film on a Si substrate is disclosed. The SiC-containing film can be formed on a Si substrate by, for example, plasma sputtering, chemical vapor deposition, or atomic layer deposition. The thus-grown SiC-containing film provides an alternative to expensive SiC wafers for growing semiconductor crystals.

  • Publication number: 20090283824
Abstract: In one embodiment, the disclosure relates to a low-power semiconductor switching device, having a substrate supporting thereon a semiconductor body; a source electrode coupled to the semiconductor body at a source interface region; a drain electrode coupled to the semiconductor body at a drain interface region; a gate oxide film formed over a region of the semiconductor body, the gate oxide film interfacing between a gate electrode and the semiconductor body; wherein at least one of the source interface region or the drain interface region defines a sharp junction into the semiconductor body.

  • Publication number: 20070214021
Abstract: A method and computer instructions for tracking an insurable item is shown. A computer receives a consumer identifier that is uniquely associated with a consumer. The computer also receives a serial number associated with an insurable item from a transponder attached to the insurable item. The computer records to a data structure a purchase by a consumer of the insurable item. The computer presents an offer for insurance to the consumer for the insurable item based on the consumer identifier.
