  • Patent number: 11488201
Abstract: Systems and methods are presented for managing electronic promotion correspondence sent to consumers. A system may manage electronic promotion correspondence sent on a per-consumer basis. The system may access multiple electronic promotion correspondences generated for a particular consumer, select an electronic promotion correspondence from among the multiple electronic promotion correspondences, and determine to send the electronic promotion correspondence to the consumer according to any number of factors. The system may determine a target time to send the first electronic promotion correspondence to the consumer and selected communication channel to send the electronic promotion correspondence through.

  • Patent number: 11472443
Abstract: An apparatus and method for a mobile transport for delivering temperature-controlled contents includes a plurality of compartments each having an interior space and a front panel defining a wall. Each front panel opens in response to a predetermined condition. A temperature controller individually controls a temperature setting within at least one compartment, and a germicidal controller provides a germicide to the interior space of each compartment. In operation, the mobile transport receives an order signal including pickup location, customer identification, and delivery location. After the item has been placed in a compartment, the temperature controller sets the temperature setting for that compartment according to the item. The front panel of the compartment opens in response to receiving an open request signal satisfying the predetermined condition at the delivery location, the open request signal including information relating to the customer identification information.

  • Publication number: 20220329946
Abstract: A loudspeaker transducer diaphragm or cone (e.g., 201, 301 or 401) is configured with arcuate protrusions that project distally from the main forward or distal surface 230 to provide stiffening and a break-up of resonant vibration modes when the loudspeaker is in use. The protrusions (e.g., 210, 310 or 410) are convex on one surface 230 and concave on the opposite surface 234, so their average thickness is similar to the frustoconical areas of the cone, i.e. they are shell-like in nature rather than solid mounds or walls. The protrusions 210 are generally curved as they run radially from the inner opening 204 to the outer peripheral edge to encourage modal break-up (suppressing strong vibrational modes, e.g., as in region 155).

  • Patent number: 11444966
Abstract: The method and system are provided for monitoring a protected network for strain. The method includes receiving a learned model having clusters of learning requests of learning network traffic observed during non-strain operation of the protected network, observing network traffic, classifying each of the traffic requests with one of the clusters based on fields of the traffic request and fields used for clustering the learning requests, determining an analysis response time for respective traffic requests associated with the classified traffic requests, determining an analysis response time characteristic per cluster based on an analysis response time associated with the respective classified traffic requests classified with the cluster, determining a difference per cluster between the analysis response time and the learning response times associated with the cluster, and notifying a mitigation device when the difference determined for enough of the clusters exceeds a predetermined threshold.

  • Patent number: 11431750
Abstract: A system and method for detecting a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. A number of evaluator elements (M) is determined for DoS analysis for network connection requests wherein each evaluator element is preferably associated with a component of the analyzed connection request. A DoS evaluator element score is determined for an evaluator element of the connection request by analyzing the evaluator element. DoS mitigation actions may be performed on the connection request if the determined evaluator element score is indicative of a DoS attack. An evaluator consolidated score (which may be weighted) is then calculated preferably consisting of one or more of the respective DoS evaluator element scores. Next, a determination is made as to whether each evaluator element of the M evaluator elements has been analyzed for determining a respective DoS evaluator element score. If no, a DoS evaluator element score for a succeeding evaluator element to be analyzed is then determined.
