  • Publication number: 20230041255
Abstract: Systems and methods for enabling controls at a user computing device for delegating tasks include providing information to an intermediary regarding the likelihood that a user associated with the user computing device will delegate a particular task. The intermediary may then selectively activate a delegation control at the user computing device that, when activated, results in delegation of the task for completion by a task facilitation service.

  • Publication number: 20230037392
Abstract: Systems and methods for predicting the likelihood that a member of a task facilitation service will delegate a given task for completion by the task facilitation service include providing data to a delegation likelihood model. The data may include, among other things, data collected about the member and past tasks of the member including whether the member delegated those tasks. The data may further include data for other members and tasks other than those associated with the task being analyzed. The task facilitation service may transmit an indication regarding the likelihood of delegation to an intermediary who may then decide whether to enable a delegation control for the task at a user interface of the member.

  • Publication number: 20230022198
Abstract: Dynamically enabled task delegation controls are provided through a user interface executed on a computing device associated with a member. The task delegation controls are selectively enabled by a task facilitation service that determines whether the delegation controls should be made available to the member based on one or more models, algorithms, etc., associated with the member based on a predicted likelihood that the member will delegate the task for completion by the task facilitation service.

  • Publication number: 20220405687
Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying and recommending tasks that may be performed in order to achieve member goals are provided. A system processes messages in real-time as these messages are exchanged to identify a goal and a timeframe from achieving the goal. Based on the goal and the corresponding timeframe, the system identifies task groupings corresponding to different methods for achieving the goal. The task groupings are ordered according to the likelihood of the member selecting a task grouping. When a member selects a task grouping, the system can monitor in real-time the performance of tasks of the task grouping to determine whether the goal is being achieved. If any tasks are not being performed successfully, the system can automatically adjust the remaining tasks, select new tasks, and/or adjust the timeframe for achieving the goal in order to provide the member with an opportunity to achieve the goal.

  • Publication number: 20220366352
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and providing experience recommendations to members of a task facilitation service are provided. A task recommendation system can identify a set of experience recommendations within a geographic region. These experience recommendations are ordered based on a member profile. The ordered experience recommendations are provided such that one or more experience recommendations can be selected for presentation to the member. When the member selects an experience recommendation, tasks corresponding to the experience recommendation are generated and performance of these tasks is monitored. The member profile is updated based on the performance of these tasks, the selected experience recommendation, and feedback corresponding to performance of these tasks.

  • Publication number: 20220343238
Abstract: Systems and methods for proposal generation in a task recommendation system are provided. A task recommendation system may receive a completed task template corresponding to a task associated with a member. The task recommendation system may automatically query a resource library in real-time to identify a proposal template corresponding to the task type. The task recommendation system may then identify a proposal recommendation for a proposal option associated with a set of proposal options included in the proposal template. The task recommendation system may generate and present a proposal that includes the proposal recommendation. Based on member interaction with the proposal, the task recommendation system may update the member profile and the resource library.

  • Publication number: 20220318698
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide a framework to identify and recommend tasks that can be performed for the benefit of a member. Through this framework, a member is assigned with a representative that, over time, learns about the member's preferences and behavior, which can be used to recommend tasks that can be performed to reduce the member's cognitive load. Further, as the representative develops a relationship with the member over time, the representative can also curate experiences for the member and assist the member in achieving personal goals and ambitions.

  • Publication number: 20220307980
Abstract: An optical device configured to pass an input light signal through a medium under test, for example, a fluid, and to retrieve an output light signal. A comparison of the output light signal to the input light signal is indicative of the medium and can be used to determine if another unknown medium is the same. Another optical device passes an input signal through a known medium and an unknown medium and corresponding output light signals are received. A comparison of the output light signal corresponding to the unknown medium with the output light signal of the known medium can be used to characterize the unknown medium as against other mediums.
