  • Publication number: 20260093458
Abstract: A method includes providing an app management UI of an app management platform to a user for developing an app, providing an app model, and determining a simplified app model. The simplified app model includes a respective first table linking the respective entity with respective entity attribute of the respective entity, and a second table linking the respective entity with the respective, associated entity. Natural language user input is received via the app management UI. A respective third table linking two entities, two entity attributes, or one entity and one entity attribute included by the respective subset, respectively, are determined using the user input, the respective first table, and the second table. Processed data associated with the respective subset is determined using the processing type, the respective third table, and a large language model, and the processed data is displayed.

  • Publication number: 20250244999
Abstract: A method includes providing a sequence of artifact information packages including an earliest package and a latest package in a data repository. Each package except the earliest package is an amended version of the respective preceding package. The sequence includes at least three branches of packages, including a main branch including the latest package. The branches include at least two side branches of which a respective earliest branch package is a respective amended version of a preceding package of the main branch. Cut-off information separating the packages in pre-cut-off packages and post-cut-off packages is provided. At least one of the side branches including at least one post-cut-off package to be a respective retained side branch is determined, a part of the earliest package is stored in a data store, and the respective post-cut-off package of the respective side branch other than the respective retained side branch is discarded.

  • Publication number: 20240187396
Abstract: The invention is that of a system and method of generating an individual compliance score based on one or more background checks that is useful in determining the compliance levels of service providers based on selected criteria. The individual compliance scores are the result of a matrix comparison of a background check score against industry standards to provide greater weight to areas of specific interest depending on the industry. An application program interface may be installed on a user system to allow individual compliance scores and corresponding unique identifiers to be visible to users of the system. Access and security controls are provided, with users being in network communication with the system. The methods enabled by the system allow for rapid real-time service provider qualification without the need for time consuming background audits. A system of the present invention may be presented as a feature of an existing mobile application.

  • Publication number: 20230325787
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for rules-based scheduling and calendaring of property maintenance tasks based on manual data inputs by a property owner or manager and external data source inputs from public records databases. A dynamic calendar of maintenance tasks may be generated and updated in real time in response to changes to the rules resulting from changing user preferences or external database updates. In preferred embodiments, the invention described herein is useful for the seamless scheduling of property maintenance tasks according to local requirements and climate and weather data and fulfillment of scheduled tasks in a timely manner. A system of the present invention ideally comprises a graphical user interface useful for data entry and calendar visualization. The methods described herein include initiating a call to action using the system, vendor selection, vendor assignments and invoicing and payment functions.

  • Patent number: 9830461
Abstract: A device identifier (ID) is received that is associated with a request by a particular device to access media content hosted by a system remote from the particular device, the device ID being a device ID of the particular device. Based on the device ID, one or more capabilities of the particular device are determined relating to use of the media content. Access to the media content is based on the one or more capabilities of the particular device.

  • Patent number: 9465945
Abstract: A system for protecting the digital rights of content owners allows digital media to be delivered to only those media rendering client devices that have been approved for the media content. Before delivering requested media, the media service provider may determine whether the media rendering client device that requested the media is the type of device that is authorized to receive the request media. If it is, the media service provider may transmit the media to a middleman server over a network (such as the Internet). A middleman server may then serve the media to the client device over a local network. By allowing the media content to be distributed to approved devices only, the media service provider can prevent a user from using the media in a way that is not authorized by the content owner.

  • Patent number: 8235432
Abstract: A supplemental impact protection system for an automotive vehicle includes an external energy management structure having a first position for normal vehicle operation and a second position for deployment during an impact event. A mounting system allows selective positioning of the energy management structure in either the first or second position, as determined by a controller which assesses an impact potential of the vehicle and operates the mounting system to move the energy management structure to the second, or deployed, position in the event that the assessed impact potential satisfies a predetermined threshold.

  • Patent number: 7690681
Abstract: The present invention provides a vehicle airbag assembly and method for deployment. An inflator is connected to an airbag wherein the inflator generates gases that cause inflation of the airbag. A housing substantially encloses the airbag and the inflator. The housing includes a vent hole for venting gases. An airbag tether is included having at least a first and a second end, wherein the first end is attached to the airbag and the second end is attached to a venting member. The venting member, being configured to cover the vent hole, is moveable with respect to the housing. During a first airbag deployment stage, the venting member is forced away from the vent hole as the inflator generates gases. An actuator releases the second end of the airbag tether from the venting member during a second airbag deployment stage for the passage of gases through the vent hole.
