  • Publication number: 20180230513
Abstract: The presently claimed invention provides for novel methods and kits for analyzing a collection of target sequences in a nucleic acid sample. A sample is amplified under conditions that enrich for a subset of fragments that includes a collection of target sequences. The invention further provides for analysis of the above sample by hybridization to an array, which may be specifically designed to interrogate the collection of target sequences for particular characteristics, such as, for example, the presence or absence of one or more polymorphisms.

  • Publication number: 20180204235
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods that automatically identify instances where a site of a business merchant being analyzed for a test event is involved in another test event affecting a similar category of item that is being analyzed during a same time frame. The algorithm executed to automatically identify concurring events occurring at the same site calculates each event's date range, marks events as overlapping based on date range and primary category of items affected, and then determines concurring items in concurring events. The concurring events identified are accounted for in forecasting a lift over a baseline forecast in response to a promotion to estimate the effects of each promotion independently.

  • Publication number: 20170021179
Abstract: A method includes providing a mold defining a mold cavity for receiving material to be molded into a molded part, positioning an insert at least partially in the mold such that a portion of the insert defines a portion of the mold cavity, and injecting the material into the mold cavity to substantially fill the mold cavity to form the molded part. The molded par can then be removed from the mold and the insert can be removed from the molded part. The mold can include silicone and the insert can include polyoxymethylene.

  • Patent number: 9381368
Abstract: A lead connector assembly for an Implantable Medical Device (IMD) is disclosed. The lead connector assembly includes a rigid elongated connector core having a core opening along its long axis. An alternating series of elastomer seals and header contacts are inserted into the core opening along the long axis and meet with an end stop to hermetically self-align the header contacts with contact openings along the sides of the core. A connector block can be inserted into an opening in the connector core, and sealed with an adhesive. Once the connector core, header contacts, seals, and connector block are subassembled, the connector core subassembly may be hermitically tested, and thereafter affixed to other subassemblies by affixing means on the connector cores. Feedthrough pins can then be connected to the header contacts through the contact openings, and overmolded with a header to the IPG's case.
