Abstract: Described herein is an apparatus for monitoring various physiological parameters of a user. The apparatus may be in the form of a shopping cart, so as to allow a user to obtain e.g., an ECG measurement while they are using the shopping cart. The apparatus may comprise an electrode assembly including a set of electrodes to perform an electrocardiogram (ECG) by sensing an electrical signal corresponding to heart activity of a user when in contact with skin of the user and output the electrical signal. The apparatus may further include a converter assembly to convert the electrical signal to a modulated signal, and a transmitter to transmit the modulated signal. The apparatus may transmit the modulated signal to a computing device which may receive the modulated signal and determine whether the electrical signal indicates that the user is experiencing a heart condition.

The system includes an ablation catheter with a distal end having an ablating tip portion operative to allow selective ablation of tissue. A guiding device is engageable with the ablation catheter and includes a tissue anchoring portion operable to engage with tissue proximate to the tissue to be ablated so as to temporarily anchor the guiding device relative to the tissue. Engagement of the guiding device with the ablation catheter operates to assist with guiding the ablating tip portion in moving along the pattern. Various devices and methods of use are further disclosed.

In one embodiment, the system includes a database comprising a plurality of member profiles and survey data associated with the members and a datamart for periodically scanning the database to discover events and subsequently logging each of the discovered events in an event log. The system further includes an offense module for periodically evaluating the event log to determine whether one of the discovered events comprises an offense committed by one of the members and logging the offense in an offense log and an audit module for performing an audit of the one of the members and logging results of the audit in an audit log.
