    Abstract: A hybrid system is used to perform screen object manipulation and or external device control. In a first portion of the hybrid system a single camera is used to provide the tracking of a user's pupil. In a second portion of the hybrid system an EEG device is used to detect brain waves (EEG signals) and use them to control the on-screen display or one or more external devices. The present invention is particularly useful for handicapped and disabled individuals.
